Really appreciate the service

Pros: Staff were very accommodating. Location was perfect

Cons: Room is small. Breakfast was basic

Pros: Location is TOP! Very close to tram station and Sultanahmet square. You can see everything on foot. Lots of great places to eat, for various pocket. Breakfast on the 7th floor with the view if Hagia Sofia is another story - just amazing!

Nice central hotel, good value for money

Pros: The hotel is close to Sultanahmet and all the main attractions. Public transport is close and it works perfectly. The staff is really nice, we got tea at the arrival, breakfast package for early department. The bed was really comfortable. The view at the breakfast terrace is great and the breakfast itself is ok.

Cons: There is a big discrepancy in room qualities. We first got a room at the top floor that was really small, with no space to walk around and space to put things on. Than there was the constant noise from the neighbour building fan and when it rained there was a loud constant dripping sound on the window stall so we couldn't sleep. The good thing was than the staff was nice enough to get us another room which was perfect. The water temperature is hard to get right. We left with a bad feeling, because of the provided taxi ride; the hotel called us a taxi for early morning and said the cost is a flat rate of 1900 lira. We even withdrew cash to pay for it and than the ride cost 3000! They said that the rate went up (bacically overnight) so we felt scammed. I guess we should have taken an Uber.

Pros: I liked the location. I also liked the price. The staff is just very helpfull and nice. The rooftop is also big plus.

Cons: I had a room two floors bellow the street (one floor below is the reception and lower are rooms on the first floor whatever strange it sounds). The double beds are very narrow. ⁸

Pros: Location. Staff extremely helpful ( I should mention Nezir), clean room , breakfast ok- if you don’t stay long time

Cons: Room size was ok, furniture should be upgraded . Location of the room (406) was terrible, all night was very noisy because of some working machines/ heating systems. Also the air conditioner ( which is the only way for warming the room) was extremely noisy too. General comment: I have noticed that when I am looking for better prices in order to make a reservation on the Booking platform, most of the time I had a bad surprise: noisy rooms, at the ground or first floor, behind the building ( where they collect the garbage or some cooling/ heating systems are working day and night etc. )This happened not only in Istanbul ( many times I travelled there) but also in London and Paris. Advice for travelers: do not look for reduced price , you may get a bad surprise!

Pros: Very nice staff. Especially Numan was very helpfull eveytime we needed something. He is a great employee and very good man. Close to the town centre.

Pros: Friendly staff. Recommended to couple for nice hotel with roof cafe.

Pros: The kindness of Mr. Ali and Mr. Nezir make us feels like in our home. The view of restaurant also very nice. And it is very calm at night although its near to everything.
