Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location — close to everything and very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Cons: There are still things that need to be improved for comfort. For example, the drain from the shower was blocked or you had to wait a long time for the water to run. The refrigerator in the room is very old..The windows must be adjusted to close better. So the grade I give reflects first of all the location , the price, the friendliness of the staff and their promise that things are constantly improving. And the fact that I visited other hotels in Istanbul and saw worse quality, miserable staff and higher prices.

Pros: One of the best small hotels in the very center of Istanbul! The rooms are spacious, cozy, and perfectly clean — not only inside but even in the stairwell. Special thanks to the owner, who genuinely cared and checked if everything was fine during our stay. The housekeeping staff worked quickly and attentively, changing towels whenever needed. Despite being in the heart of the city, the soundproofing is excellent — we slept peacefully every night. The location is perfect — just a short walk from all the main sights of Istanbul, including Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and true Turkish hospitality.
