Perfect location, kind and helpful stuff

Pros: The location was perfect, just few minutes walk from the tramp station and main tourist attractions. The hotel offered very comfortable beds, I had a special request for additional pillows, which was completed. The room was clean and cozy. The heating was on and working properly. The breakfast was rich and delicious, we are very thankful for the complimentary Turkish coffee. The staff was amazing, always smiling, kind and helpful. Overall, we were happy and our stay was very pleasant. I recommend it and we will definitely come back when in Istanbul. Thank you for everything :)

Perfect Location in the Historic Old City

Pros: A very pleasant stay in the heart of Istanbul’s historic quarter. The cozy hotel is just a short walk from the Old Center, the UNESCO‑listed sights, and the beautiful streets of Sultanahmet. We arrived very late from the airport, and check‑in was smooth and hassle‑free. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight — a lovely place for breakfast and to enjoy the views at any time of day. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of, and there was truly nothing to complain about.

Cons: Don’t expect too much from the surrounding restaurants with hight prices, pushy staff and very tiny portions, but it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Great hotel

Pros: Location was super, close to every main attractions and restaurants and tram.The staff was very helpful and super polite. Room was tidy and was cleaned everyday if wanted plus always having more water if needed. Breakfast was really good also with nice view. Really recommend this hotel

It was beyond my expectations

Pros: They were strategically located at Sultanahmet district, approximately 5 mins to the man attraction area. In addition, the staff were extremely friendly and professional, they even welcome us with a full Turkish breakfast and early check in at 10 am. As a frequent traveller, I couldn’t ask for more, I’m so thankful for their great hospitality.

Pros: I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel team for such a warm welcome. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back!

Best staff I have encountered!

Pros: The staff go above and beyond at all times for anything you need, they are always one step ahead of you! Breakfast on the roof was very nice, I can imagine with the summer weather the views would be even better. The room was perfect for our stay also. Location is right in the middle of all of the touristy things to see.

Pros: The team made us feel at home right away. They helped us understand the city, and the best places to go during our short stay in Istanbul

Great stay in the center of town

Pros: Very central location within a short walk to the blue mosque, Haga Sophia, etc. We even did the tourist highlights before breakfast to beat the crowds which worked perfectly for us. The room was big enough for the 5 of us. Nice detail were the umbrellas which were provided when it was raining during our stay. Breakfast was really good with a variety of tastes from all over Türkiye. The hotel is also very well connected (5-10 minutes walking) to the major metro and tramway lines.

Cons: Depending on the room you hear the restaurants and bars .
