Great location and friendly staff

Pros: The hotel’s location was excellent. It was very close to Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar, which made sightseeing very convenient. The tram line nearby was also very helpful for getting to other parts of the city easily. The breakfast was very good and we really appreciated the attention and friendliness of Ms. Aynura, Mr. Yasin, and Mr. Sezgin. The room size was good, and it also had a balcony, which we liked. The cleanliness was generally good/acceptable.

Cons: The bathroom and toilet were separated from the room only by glass, which felt a bit uncomfortable and lacked privacy. Even though water was supposed to be free, there were days when no water was left in the room. Although we were two adults and one baby, the room had an extra single bed that we didn’t need, which took up unnecessary space.

Pros: We were there in january and it was a very pleasant stay.They menaged to make us an early check in.Everything was nice and the location was perfect.

Pros: The location, the design is perfect. Bayram , Erturam & Sezgin are very helpful too.

Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at Sura Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the way guests are treated and spoken to is absolutely marvellous – the staff are warm, respectful, and genuinely attentive. Our loft room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, featuring a large, elegant bathtub, an amazing bathroom, excellent lighting facilities, and a lovely private balcony. The room felt both luxurious and comfortable. The hotel facilities (sister hotel) are outstanding – the gym is well equipped, the swimming pool area is relaxing, and the spa/hammam experience was amazing and absolutely worth the money. The clinic services available were also an added convenience. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

Cons: The only area that could use some improvement was the half-board dinner arrangement at Nuz Hotel. On the first day, there was some confusion regarding which meal options were included and how orders were managed. However, this was resolved on the following days by providing a separate half-board menu leaflet, which made things much clearer. Additionally, during one of the dinners, we noticed a staff member speaking critically about a student in front of guests. While we understand that training situations can arise, we feel such discussions would be better handled privately to maintain the otherwise high standard of professionalism. That said, this did not take away from our overall exceptional experience at Sura Hotel. Considering the outstanding standards maintained throughout the rest of the hotel, we are confident this is something that can easily be refined. With a little improvement in dinner organisation, the experience would be perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily recommend the hotel.

Pros: Our stay was excellent from start to finish, the hotel was very well located to the grand bazaar and other attractions, the breakfast was very good and quite a lot of different options to choose from, and it was very good that we could use both hotels for breakfast, hotel was very clean and all staff were very attentive, I would like to say a special thank you to Bayram, Tugba, Hikmet and Erturan, who were super helpful and really helped with suggestions and how to get to different destinations around town I will definitely return and recommend for you to stay at this hotel.

Cons: There is not anything that comes to mind, everything was actually good.

Very good except breakfast/dinner

Pros: The stuff was very politely and very friendly they helped us a lot Sezgin was very friendly and politely on the morning breakfast. The receptionist of the hotel was very lovely and helpufl!

Cons: I didn't like mornings breakfast was always the same and it didn't have anything new and it was every time the same one and for the dinner the menu was not fully included you had only some of the items included on the menu so you couldn't proceed with making a full order it was like only half of them you can and basically it was more just like hamburgers chicken meat and some meatballs overall the quality of the waiters was good !
