Pros: The location was first class, the room was very clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Cons: The room was small. The early breakfast on the last day was prepared by the night staff was very poor, 2 slices of dried bread with a lettuce leaf and something that resembled meat. Very poor for the money that we paid.

Very satisfied.
Pros: This hotel was in a great location, convenient to all the attractions. The staff were very friendly, and the room was immaculately cleaned and comfortable. Since my flight back to Japan was late at night, they even stored my luggage safely after I checked out. Thank you so much to all the staff!
Cons: There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel.

Wonderful location, clean and comfy but the lack of privacy in the ensuite put me off
Pros: Centrally located being a stones throw from the historic heart of Istanbul and the main tourist sights. Comfy beds and lovely linen. Breakfast offered an abundance of choice and was wonderfully prepared. Great shower in the ensuite and handy things like USB charging points located by the bed. Friendly, knowledgeable and engaging staff.
Cons: The aircon wasn't as efficient as I would have liked only going down to 19 degrees with a low fan speed. The room never had that wonderful chill when you walked into it after a day of sightseeing in the heat. The ensuite doesn't offer much privacy with the loo being visible from the main bedroom and the flimsy folding door affording little sound proofing. If it wasn't for the ensuite, I would have given an extra star overall.

Pros: Excellent value. Sura Concept Hotel is the closest to the Hagia Sophia Bascilica that there is!

Pros: The room was very new, clean and very well appointed. Pool, spa and gym available at Hagia Sophia Hotel 30m up the street. Kind and efficient personnel, particularly Fatemeh. Very close to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque.
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.

Beautiful hotel, safe and fantastic stay as a single solo travelled
Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants just outside the hotel doors. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous marble bathroom, huge and soft bed and nice lights. I must say the room looked exactly like the pictures. Cleanliness was exceptional throughout. Special thanks to the housekeeper, Mr Suparma, who was extremely helpful in assisting me with the air conditioning issue and cleaned the room every morning to an impeccable standard. Fantastic member of the team and he absolutely deserves special mention! Breakfast was fantastic also and I was able to choose which hotel breakfast buffet service I prefer (out of 2 sister hotels). The food they serve is almost identical, but one of the hotel offers a rooftop view. I must say the whole hotel team is very kind and went above and beyond to assist me with many different queries. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and well looked after.
Cons: The information about the hotel’s amenities is somewhat misleading, as facilities like the pool, breakfast, and spa are actually located in the sister hotels across the street, not onsite. Sura Concept does not have its own receptionist, making check-in and check-out outside operating hours inconvenient, since you’ll need to call a sister hotel and wait for someone to assist you. When I checked in, the process took over 30 minutes. Additionally, the air conditioning was problematic: it didn’t work at all on my first night (bear in mind the temperature outside was 35*C) and after reporting it, it was turned on remotely on the second night, but the temperature was set up for extremely low and could not be adjusted or turned off manually. Even tho I reported the issue nobody came to assist me. On the third night, after another report, a brief power outage on the street switched it off again but I was too tired of this whole air con experience to report it yet again. Overall, the experience with the amenities and air conditioning was a bit disappointing.

Lovely with amazing location.
Pros: Amazing location, 5min walking distance from the Hagia Sophia.
Cons: Breakfast was served in another hotel (only 3min away, but still), the AC did not work, we couldn't turn it off or heat up, so we were freezing on the last day, apart from that really lovely hotel.
