World Heritage Center Hotel

Pros: Incredible service mind I’ve ever seen. The staffs are always helpful and friendly. The location is very central. Walking distance to Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Tram no T1 just right in front the hotel and lead to many places. Rooftop view is the highlight!

Pros: The location and facilities were great. The rooms were tidy, and housekeeping serviced them daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: I would suggest setting up a good coffee machine, or at least a drip or capsule coffee machine. The current machine most likely uses coffee powder or something similar, and the quality of the coffee was not very good.

Pros: Very well placed hotel for all the sights ....staff were very good ....Yunus and Burak...went above and beyond ....plenty of choice for breakfast.. rooms very clean as was the whole of the hotel ...can't fault a thing ...and will definitely return ....

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at World Heritage Hotel — the staff was friendly, the location excellent, the rooms comfortable, daily cleaning spotless, and the breakfast very good.

An excellent hotel for families and location

Pros: Superb hotel, excellent location and very helpful staff. We booked a family room for 3 nights. The family rooms are large but have no windows. This was not an issue however. The bathrooms are large and the rooms are excellent. They’re cleaned every day to a high standard. Staff were always helpful, attentive and went out of their way for us. The location is superb. It’s next to sultanahmet tramway, with easy access to most of the old city. It’s walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and many other sites (eg basilica cistern). The terrace is fantastic! The best view of the blue mosque ever!!! Breakfast was fresh and very nice too. A highly recommended hotel in sultanahmet.

Most Amazing Hospitality Experience

Pros: I loved the location, the staff in particular, Moosa, Burrak - the cleaners and other staff everyone was impeccable. Right outside their front door is the sultanahmet train station. Moosa was most helpful - offering guidance himself and also facilitating any query we had.

Cons: Hmmm - waiting for our room maybe - but that's something that was not in their hands, if someone checks out late they can obviously not give us a dirty room. In actuality nothing I didnt like.

Will definitely choose to come back here.

Pros: Exceptional. From the moment I stepped down from my taxi, a bellboy was already waiting for me and escorted me inside the hotel. The receptionist, Mr. Yunos, was very welcoming and explained everything I should do, as it was my first time in Istanbul. Throughout the stay, all the staff were really great at their respective duties, including the kitchen staff, housekeeper, receptionist, and bellboy. Recommended 100% for the staff, location, and comfort. Value for money

Cons: If you like it quiet, this is not the place for you, as you can hear the tramway sound and people walking and talking. For me I don't mind it because everything is within walking distnce

Amazing location - right in the heart of the old town near all the tourist sites

Pros: Thank you so much for having us stay! Location was amazing - right in the heart of the old town near all the tourist sites - while the hotel itself still felt quiet and calm indoors. View from the rooftop balcony was amazing (although with winter rain and snow we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would in summer. Hotel management were lovely, and very accommodating. Thanks again!
