A very comfortable stay in the heart of Istanbul

Pros: Perfect location for most of the big sightseeing sites. 5 minutes from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern & Topkapi Palace. The staff here are extremely friendly. Great array of food at breakfast.

Cons: Nothing.

Great!

Pros: Everything was great, hotel is close to old city, and to main atractions. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok, every day pretty much the same, but everything delicious and fresh. Excellent value for money.

Amazing hospitality

Pros: The stuff of the hotel it was very kind and helpful. Specially Mr.Enes and Mr.Sinan they helped with their information to explore in a better way Istanbul. The room was very clean and the cleaning lady was so kind too. The breakfast was fresh with traditional Turkish food and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. The location is very good because you can visit many important momuments and museums,you can visit on foot.They offer you anytime Turkish tea or coffee or water for free. I highly recommend you to go there for an amazing and good hospitality. Sure,I will go again, I felt like my home

everything was perfect

Pros: Excellent location and major sites very close to main attractions.Only 3 milutes hagia sophia, 5 minutes blue mosque and topkupi palace 10minutew to grand bazaar and vosboros and 20minutes to tram T1.The staff was amazing respectful and willing to do anything to make you feel comfortable very polite, helpfull,professional and super friendly.Breakfast was amazing alot of delicious choices local and european plates.The room was cleaning every day very clean hotel .beautifull hotel.

Nice choice in the heart of Sultan Ahmet area

Pros: Great solution in the heart of the Sultan Ahmet area. Only a few minutes' walk from Ayia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Safe area around the hotel. Many choices for food, etc. Very close to the tram station. Very helpful staff in the reception, Enes and Mustafa. Nice breakfast and great view from the breakfast area on the upper floor. Value for money.

Cons: There was no view at all from our room.

Great place for moving around the historical places!

Pros: The staff was great!! Enes was very helpful and extremely thoughtful!! Always with solutions in everything we needed!! The log building needs a renovation and in need for more space in the rooms!! The breakfast was decent and the staff was very kind!!!

Cons: Very small rooms in the old building and awful view!

Amazing experience

Pros: The location is wonderful, all stuff members are always ready to help and in general it was an amazing experience! Clean tidy rooms, very good breakfast. Special thanks to Akan, Enes, Mohammed and Sinan, they are great! And also hotel has plenty of kitties around the entrance, and one of them is the hotel mascot - beautiful girl Sultan
