Good location
Pros: We liked the balcony and that it is close to the weekly market, close to Taksim and bus stop. Staff were all brilliant. I liked the weekly cleaning service.
Cons: Quite small. There is no oven, also no much cutlery and crockery. The neighbours at the back were very rough, shouting every night until 1am.

Excellent apartment for exploring Istanbul!
Pros: For little money we got a fully equipped apartment for living! The room fully corresponds to the description, everything works (washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, etc.) ! All necessary utensils are available!!! The location is excellent - Istiklal five minutes walk, Taksim 10! Beyoglu district! The bus stop is just a couple of minutes' walk away! Breakfasts are in a nearby cafe, not a buffet, but you won't go hungry - choice of American, English and Turkish breakfast!! In the neighboring house there is a chain supermarket SOK! Prices in Turkey, of course, have risen very much, most goods are more expensive than in Moscow! But there is a little lifehack - on Sunday the whole neighboring street turns into a huge market, traffic is blocked and here farmers sell their goods (mostly fruits and vegetables)!!And in this market the prices are already acceptable - strawberries 100, pomegranates - 20-25, tangerines 25-35, etc. (lira per kg of course).
Cons: Very steep spiral staircase - add more railings!! Add dishwasher capsules and washing powder and it will be really cool!

Would definitely recommend this fully ready-to-live appartment in the very centre
Pros: For this money you get a small, but cozy and fully ready-to-live appartment in the very centre. 10 minutes walk to Istiklal, 15-20 minutes to the metro and the Taksim funicular. There are no big bars and restaurants on the street, so there are no big crowds and loud music. But there are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a couple of small shops and cafes very close. The apartment is exactly as in the photo. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Very clean and stylish. Hot water in the shower! A good set of dishes, you can cook. There is a large dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, stove, iron, hair dryer, toaster, TV - everything you need. Wi-fi is really fast everywhere in the flat. And I would like to note the staff's friendliness and willingness to help. We really liked the place and will think of staying here again.
Cons: 1. It would be great to have some powder available for the washing machine and dishwasher, because it is not always convenient to buy them. (But the staff told us where it is more profitable to buy) 2. People with sensitive hearing may feel uncomfortable from the noise of cars from the street (there is a small but active road nearby). But in a big city it is almost impossible to avoid this. 3. The staff very kindly helps to lift the luggage up the steep spiral staircase. But it may be a bit difficult for you to get upstairs if you have any condition.

Чудове місце для зупинки на декілька днів
Pros: Персонал супер гостинний, в усьому намагається догодити і створити максимально комфортні умови. До заїзду відповідали на усі наші запитання. Допомогли знайти паркомісце попри максимальну завантаженість вулиць і відсутність приватної парковки. Щодня запитували як у нас справи і чи можуть вони ще щось зробити для нас. Все необхідне було в наявності: постіль, рушники, гігієнічні засоби, посуд на кухні. Дуже дякуємо за такий теплий прийом!
Cons: Трішки незручний диван для сну у кухні-вітальні. Площа квартири трохи маленька як для 2 дорослих і 2 дітей. Але в цілому ми приїхали не для того, щоб сидіти в квартирі і більшість часу проводили гуляючи вулицями Стамбула. Тому ці моменти не є критичними

Pros: Wir haben eine kleine Wohnung für 13 Nächte in Istanbul gemietet und waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – alle Elektrogeräte wie Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage usw. haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir – zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder – haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, funktional und genau wie beschrieben. Wir danken den Gastgebern für ihren tollen Service und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter !!!

Agréable contact humain , belle vue sur la ville de la terrasse .
Pros: l´acceuil agréable du personnel , la vue imprenable à 180 degrés de la terrasse du 4eme étage sur la ville et environs . C´était cool 😉
Cons: ma femme n´a pas trop apprécié la hauteur de l´appartement çàd au 4ème étage par un escalier tournant 🤭 sinon personnellement ça m´a procuré de l´exercice dont j´avais besoin 😜

Pros: Близко к центру. Чисто, отличный персонал. Хорошая постель. Горячая вода, приятный ремонт.
Cons: Кухня не продумана. На ней невозможно готовить. Она собрана из каких-то частей. Нет зажигалки для плиты. Нет порошка и таблеток для посудомойки. Я готова заплатить за небольшую порцию порошка и пару таблеток. Неудобный стол на кухне, телевизор висит прямо перед лицом, невозможно сидеть. Дверь холодильника открывается к стене. Вы знаете, что ее можно перевесить? Нужна женщина, которая сделает вашу кухню пригодной для использования. Один кондиционер, и лучше бы он висел в спальне. Потому что на кухне можно открыть окно. А в спальню очень долго доходит холодный воздух. Спать душно, мучительно. Очень шумно. Под окном дорога, постоянный трафик. Но спать в другой комнате, там тихо. Лестница без поручней, очень крутая. У меня были тяжелые чемоданы и проблема с коленом. Это было трудно и больно. Персонал помог поднять чемоданы, но когда я выезжала было много неудобств с лестницей. Иногда не хотелось выходить из дома, потому что лестница это пытка. Да и просто опасно. Сделайте поручни. Сообщайте гостям о крутой лестнице заранее.

We loved our short stay in this place! Very nice and close to the center for quite low price!
Pros: The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for comfortable stay! We looked for an apartment with 1 beds in different rooms as we have two small kids, so this fits our needs perfectly:) the stuff is absolutely amazing and helpful 24/7!
Cons: i’d add a conditioner also in bedroom:)
