Pros: Best staff ever i met! Appartments also good to stay!Nothing wrong,great place to book and enjoy

Pros: The room was very complete, with a complete kitchen and supplies for cooking, a washing machine complete with a dry rack and iron. The room was clean. The staff is very helpfull and proffesional.

Cons: The shower was pretty bad. It is very hard to get steady warm water out of the shower since the electric geyser depends on a steady waterpressure. And the waterpressure variates

Pros: Very Nice clean place, quite. Safe. Everything is near the corner. Owners very nice people. You can reach them 24 hours. Feels like home 🥰

Pros: The room as exactly the same as the picture. It's neat, clean and spacy. Very nice and comfortably. Bathroom is nice and modern. The reception and the apartment are in different buildings but it's very easy to get in touch with personal staff. They always ask and try to solve requests instantly. Cleaned my room nicely on request. The staffs speak in a nice and friendly tone. The owner even suggested me nice places to visit in Istanbul and tried to help til til the very end of my stay. Very friendly. They also sell other services like tour packages and other services. The location is uphill and downhill for information. Otherwise it's pretty convenient to most attractions.

Cons: The neighourhood doesn't feel safe for solo traveler after sunset. I have not been scared to walk at night like this as I came from a quite safe country. Dark alley. Groups of people would hangout even after 3 am. Recommended to take taxi after dark. I did and all of the drivers made sure I got inside the apartment safe before they drive away. I was a little bit unlucky during my stay as they had problem with electrical power, making it pretty much incovenvient for the stay that require electricity. They always come and check when request. They offered to call service but I had to already checkout by then. To unlock the outerdoor requires a big amount of muscle. I could barely open from the outside. Have to use the same key to close from inside which I failed and gave up trying after 5 mins. There's no elevator. The stairs are a little bit steep, but they offered me to carry the baggage for me. Which is very kind of them.

Pros: The location was nice. Pretty calm even though it was close to the city. Also very close to the office, which was perfect because we needed the staff's help on a few occasions. The iron and the laundry machine were definitely a big plus (the hotel sells washing tabs for 1€ each). The apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable enough for 5 nights. It was nice to have a small kitchen to prepare breakfast and some easy dinner.

Cons: The alarm system that we couldn't quite figure out. It randomly went on 3 times during our stay when it was not supposed to be activated and we had a lot of trouble stopping it. However the staff was always very fast to come and help us. Apparently it could have been due to a mixing in the keys of the different apartments, I hope they fixed the problem. It was nice to have a baking sheet but it was very slow so we only used it once to cook some eggs. Better know it if you're in a rush. All in all nothing too bad

Pros: Its nice and clean with all facilities like washing machine, stove microwave, even cutlery and dishes were present in the kitchen. Staff is very cooperative and they have a nice cafe with free tea which we were not aware of. Only blanket was missing in the room-

Pros: I had an exceptional stay at the Royal Apartments! Their team was super helpful, kind and took care of all needs. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone staying in Istanbul. I had a wonderful time and will be sure too book here again next time I come to Istanbul. 10/10 stay!

Pros: Le séjour était parfait, je tiens a remercier tous l’équipe sans exception, la fille du café était très serviable et souriante.

Cons: Problème au niveau du douche, Je n'ai pas pu me doucher car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.
