NG Enjoy

Pros: Great place and service. Front desk doing great job. Very big rooms, everything is new. Huge pool, very green outside. Nice food selection.

Cons: The only thing that surprised was that no coffee or cappuccino at breakfast.

Pros: We had a very relaxing stay at NG Enjoy. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, especially Mohammed and Irem.

Pros: Staff were great. Food buffet at full board was amazing. Check in experience and their attention to detail was very comforting. They accommodated my request regarding the rooms to help my old aged parents and kids requirements

Cons: Place can have more kids entertaining activities

Pros: جمال الطبيعه حول الفندق و النظافه والهدوء والموظفين ودودين خاصة زلال في الاستقبال والأخت هلال يابرك من قسم خدمة الضيوف فقد ساعدتني في مخاطبة منتجع التزلج في بولو والبحث عن حقيبة يدي المفقوده هناك وبفضلها وجدتها وتم شحنها لي كذلك بوفيه الفندق جميل ومتنوع والموظفين متعاونين جدا وسريعين شكرا لهم جميعا ،

Cons: لا يقبلون حجز السائح من مواقع حجوزات تركية فقد قامو بإلغاء حجزي الأول وطلبو الحجز من بوكينج وهناك فرق في السعر فعملت حجز جديد من بوكينج .. وقالو هاذا سياسة الفندق !

Definitely Recommend

Pros: From the arrival to fast check in and we received our room within 10 minutes, the rooms was cosy and comfortable and spacious, the view was great , we stayed for 3 nights , the price for half board i think it worth it. The breakfast was great ( not excellent) , any additional drinks with a fees ( coffee and fresh orange juice) , mid day 3:30 to 4:30 tea hour for dessert , tea and variety of salad and snacks options. Dinner buffet was excellent and they changed the main course every day, it was nice culinary experience trying different turkish food everyday , the facilities from indoor pool ( 1 for adults , 1 for women only , and 1 for families with children) and spa was amazing, the hotel area and the forest walk was something enjoyable to do everyday, The location of the hotel near the cable cars walking distance,

Cons: Being 5 stars luxury retreat cleanliness should beca must , especially around the buffet area, i had 2 incidents with ants near the food section, and othe incident ( small water bug within the seating area) which I wouldn’t expect to be seen inside the facility, being large facilities with indoor pools to enjoy, I expect to use the facilities i came for so 1 day the adult pool was out of service, and the other days families and children was using it although it clearly labeled for adults only .. and there is another pool for families with children , they should keep an eye on this matter..

كل شي جميل

Pros: الموقع ممتاز عند البوابه ستار بوكس وسبرماركت كل شي كان رائع وجميل

Cons: فقط الاطلاله ليست كامله دفعت مطل عالبحيرة والغرف تطل جزئي فقط التكيف لا يبرد جيدا فتحنا الشباك حتى تبرد الغرفه لان الجو الخارجي ابرد عن التكيف

فندق مميز ومرافق ممتعه

Pros: الموقع ، مرافق الفندق العديده والممتعه ، سعة مساحة السويت ، بوفيه الافطار والعشاء، طاقم العمل بما فيها الاستقبال من بشاشة و سرعة تلبية الطلبات.

Cons: لا شيء

It was memorable, excellent, and enjoyable

Pros: It’s location, facilities, green areas, quietness, and lovely staff The reception staff was outstanding I remember Sumayye and Efe All were polite, smiling, and cooperative

Pros: معاملة موظفين الاستقبال ومديرة الفندق رائعة / النظافة والترتيب الموظفة اسمه زلال و مديرة الاستقبال كذلك.

مميزة وتستحق التكرار

Pros: الموظف محمد العراقي ومصطفى العراقي في الاستقبال بصراحة قمة في الأخلاق والخدمة الخدمات في الفندق والأنشطة خصوصا للعوائل والأطفال ما تحتاج اي شي إذا الاقامة في الفندق وأنصح بعد الخروج منه لان كل شي فيه خصوصا للإقامة القصيرة
