FEZ INN Hotel

Pros: Its really nice hotel. Good location just footsteps to the metro and one of biggest shopping mall form Istanbul. Ppl already very helpful specially Burak and one other guys from Turkmen. Am very happy and grateful definitely came again.

Pros: I booked for one night and was allowed to stay in the common area. Mr. Burak so so kind to help me with my travel plan and gave me recommendations.

Pros: The hotel is very clean and beautiful we would especially like to thank mr BURAK 😍😍 at the front desk for his attentiveness

Pros: The price is very symbolic, the hotel is clean, they have a comfortable bed and pillow, the staff is respectful, also I entered at 10 am, 4 hours before the official time

Cons: The hotel location is tiring to walk, you must have a car

Pros: The bed is incredibly comfortable and staff were very professional. Room could be slightly cleaner, but for the price I was very happy.

Cons: Do not trust Google Maps if you try and walk from the nearest Otogar bus station. It will send you in the wrong direction. Instead walk south, using the overpass to get up the hill (same way Google tells cars to go).

Pros: The room itself was very nice. Badroom very clean. The lady receptionist is the best. And the last person I talked to. I don't know if he is the manager but he gave took my feedback serious. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Barhroom shampoo was empty, and the hair conditioner was broken. So it was not checked. Dirty window and greasy desk. Not cleaned. I cleaned the desk myself. The male receptionist. He is new, but very rude to guests. His Turkish temperament is not good for the hotel business. Not able to get me a taxi. The woman receptionist was perfect and was able to get us a taxi. And on the last day. I don't know if he is the manager. He gave a perfect. Service. Got me a taxi. The food I ate for dinner. The hamburger meat was burned. It was to hard to eat. And for that price. Don't order the hamburger. When you book a room, incl breakfast, for 2 persons. At breakfast, you're not allowed to bring a sandwich upstairs. Evendo, you paid for it. My husband wasn't feeling well. I just asked if it's possible to bring up a sandwich, but the answer was no. That is a bad service. They have roomservice, but no menu where you can order from. For me that have been in the hotel business there some good work ethics needed. The cleaners need to be checked if they do their work right. The male receptionist needs a lot of guidance and a good communication course. His temperament needs to be worked on, and an international communication course will be good. The staff of the restaurant were friendly, just the issue with the breakfast. And the chef cook that burns hamburgers is just not right. If it was not the chef cook. The person who made the hamburgers and chips. Missing an extra pillow in the cupboard.

Awesome, cheap hotel. Polite staff, and situated in a nice location.

Pros: Right near the bus station, also out the way. We arrived 5 hours before check in after a very long bus journey so we needed to sleep, then asked for an early check in which only cost £10. (Would never get that in the UK). Talha from reception was very helpful as our bus to Fethiye was cancelled in the early hours, he rung them up and sorted everything out for us (even gave me a cigarette whilst we waited on the call). Got an earlier bus sorted out, woke us up in time for the taxi and even called the taxi for us! Much appreciated Talha and you really helped us onto the next part of our journey!

massive breakfast but tricky location

Pros: Breakfast buffet is abundant in variety and simply five stars beyond my wildest expectations given the reasonable room rate. The hotel restaurant makes great food too when ordered separately. Our room has a large window so it’s great. The bed is very comfortable too.

Cons: The distance from the bus station Otogar Esenler as indicated on Booking is 700m or so and is very misleading. We assumed it’s within walking distance with our luggage. Unfortunately multiple map apps took us on a wild goose chase and basically left us drifting in space with no chance of ever navigating us there because there is a web of expressways sprawling in multiple directions. We finally went back to Otogar Esenler and took a taxi that charged us 10 Euros for a 3km ride. If you know your way and walk to the hotel, it’s actually about a little over 1km, but it’s a big uphill though. Approach with caution if you are not driving. Additionally, we stayed in a room at the far end of the wing and WiFi connection was pretty weak.
