I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Pros: Everything was fine during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was good. We had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay & Outstanding Customer Service

Pros: We moved to this hotel after having a very poor experience at another city hotel, and we are so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional and made a huge difference to our stay. Every time we had a question or concern, the staff addressed it immediately and professionally, always with kindness and care. They genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy, which helped us relax after a stressful start to our trip. Overall, we had a really positive experience and felt well looked after throughout our stay. We would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

if you okay with a accommodation out of city this one is really good one for you

Pros: very nice accommodation.nice and polite staff .only problem is bit far from istanbul city.but if you take a bus you will reach city within 20 minutes.and bus is from RAMI YOLU just 3 minutes walk from hotel and 35 lira for a person

Pros: Amazing breakfast Nice pool and spa area Clean and very professional staff Although not very close to tourist spots like blue mosque, taksim square but busses are available at 5mins walk from hotel and take 30mins. Definitely coming here again

Great hotel but free airport transfer is a scam

Pros: The hotel is nice, the staff at the spa were very friendly. The facilities are awesome 👌.

Cons: The rooms were never cleaned despite our requests, they only make the beds, when we booked the hotel came with free transfer which we never got because we were told that we were late, only to find that it's actually a scam as the waiting time allocated is impossible to meet especially if you are a foreigner and have to go through passport control and luggage collection. The hotel staff were not helpful and simply ignored our complaint. The free transfer is a scam.
