Pros: The staff and especially Mert were very pleasant and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The floors are also heated which is noce. When we had a problem with our room because the heater was too warm, they found a solution for us. The location was also perfect l, easy access to many destinations by car. The shower had hot water and good pressure as well as a hand held biddet shower.

Cons: There is no restaurant inside the hotel, you do get free Turkish coffee or tea served to the guests, but a little cafe would really elevate the place.

Pros: Stayed one night. Nice apartments, there are everything you need for your stay. Room is clean. Hospitable staff, reception open 24 hours. Free parking, supermarket 5 min. away. Good value for money.

Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help out wherever they could. Absolutely amazing service at all times 10/10! The location was ideal with easy drive to Uludag Ski centre and a stones throw from a shopping mall across the road. The room was very clean, spacious and airy. Overall very good stay at Le Luxe and will definitely be returning!

Cons: بعض الملاحظات لتحسين الخدمة ولا تؤثر على التقييم مثل وضع باب لمكان الإستحمام، وضع دعاسات في الحمامات، الوسائد غير مريحة تحتاج للتغيير.
