Good enough for families with kids.

Pros: Due to some technical issues on the room initially booked, the administration offered us two big rooms for the same price in the first night. The pool is great with hot water. The spa area and kids water playground also. The room was spacious for 2 + 2 children.

Cons: No big issues, but: The bed and the pillows were not so comfy. The central heating system was noisy during the night.

Pros: Hotel staff was really helpful and the room itself was clean.

City center, access to any place, so comfort and kind service. Price is high.

Excellent

Pros: Everything was great. Even though the rooms were full, we were able to check in early. On the first day, we were tired from our long flight and were greeted with a fresh fruit tray in the room. The breakfast was varied and acceptable. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Elham and Ms. Ayshe at reception who were really great at checking us in early and greeting and finally seeing us off.

Pros: A very good welcoming experience, starting from the valet outside up to the room service. There was a complimentary fruit platter with a nice welcoming note with my name on it in my native language. This made my day. The whole reception stuff was very helpful specially the public relations manager,\

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, the hospitality of the staff, the excellent accommodations, and the comfort of the room. I carefully read the reviews and found two negative comments among the mostly complimentary ones: 1. The supposedly unstable internet; 2. The supposedly irritatingly outdated renovations and equipment. I don't agree with this at all. These are non-objective comments. Overall, the price-quality ratio is exceptional, and the breakfast was quite satisfactory. Special thanks to manager Mary and the other staff, who kindly fulfilled all our requests and provided a wonderful room and parking space.

Just ok for one night

Pros: Well - was just ok. Nothing special but I would not stay longer than 1 night. Check in process easy and quick. Room very dark bit nice was fruit plate at the room. Laco of maintenance and deeper cleaning at the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Cons: Wooden furniture already aged and with not proper maintenance.
