Pros: Our stay was perfect. I came with my husband for our honeymoon and it was a calm stay. The rooms are clean the view is really nice. I would like to thank all the staff and thanks for the cake 😁😁. I would like also to thank Mr. Yasin he did the check in for us he was really helpful (sorry if i got the name wrong ) I would totally come again.

Comfortable, nice place for work and to relax after work.

Pros: The gym was well equipped and the spa very nice with sauna, hammam but also swimming pool and Turquish baths. The restaurant accepted to serve dinner until 9.30pm/9.45pm over the three nights I spent there and the food was good. Staff was really nice and smiling in the restaurant but also in the spa where the lady was super helpful and smiling.

Cons: The wifi connection had to be fixed and it took one hour for me to try again and again before I called the technicians. It took three technicians to solve the problem :D I found awkward to demand a deposit for the minibar as it suggests the client is going to run away without paying...! They locked the minibar to avoid any deposit which was perfectly fine as I was not intending to use it anyway but gosh why would a customer run away without checking out nor paying what ever has to be paid?!

Pros: It’s a hotel that includes a lot of facilities in one place, that makes it very convenient. Restaurants, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, SPA and gym , parking and lobby bar.

Excellent stay with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room.

Pros: I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return in the future.
