Pros: Kindly appreciate the receptionists Sona and Ahmet for their professional work and assistance. A great plus is that there is a balcony on the floors where guests can go out side for a fresh air instead of going downstairs for example smoking. I will definitely come back to Lionel. It’s really 5 star ⭐️ hotel for sure according to all services.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my experience. The property is well maintained, comfortable, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. I would like to specifically commend the staff for their professionalism and excellent service. Special thanks to Koray, Sona, and Hamza — Hamza in particular was outstanding, very attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. I would also like to acknowledge the restaurant team during breakfast service, especially Hafsa, Tuğce, and Kaan, who were consistently polite, friendly, and professional. Overall, the entire team was courteous and supportive, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
