Great place to stay
Pros: Excellent hotel location, just a minute away from a large shopping mall with wonderful restaurants and cafés. Right next to a metro station, which allows you to reach the main attractions very quickly and easily. A huge plus is the underground garage. The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable.
Cons: The area where the hotel is located does not offer many options for walking, but you can reach everywhere by metro. Also, the hotel is very, very warm — we completely turned off the heating in the apartment and it was still too hot, even during the night.

Excellent hotel for a family vacation
Pros: the room is spacious, clean and has all the utilities we need. The kitchen was vey nice. bathrooms are also nice and hot water is available all the time.
Cons: this is not related to the hotel but the traffic was very bad so if you are renting a car you need to consider this in planning the trip,

Wonderful stay
Pros: The location is perfect, hotel extremely clean, the room is large and the sofa beds are huge and very comfortable. Have 0 complaints.
Cons: The shower was not always hot - you had to have someone wash dishes at the same time to get a decent temperature. I did report it 2 times but wasn't fixed however, it was a minor issue. The purfume in the lobby area is very overwhelming and would be a bit difficult for anyone with respiratory illnesses.

Great value for money. Location is great and it's a nice place for families.
Pros: Location is great because it is right beside a mall and the metro station. Made travel into Sultanahmet very easy when you are a tourist. Having a mall next door is very handy as well.
Cons: Hot water for shower is good but could be a bit problematic when the hotel have full occupancy. After a while I figured out how to control the hot water supply.

Pros: Its conveniently located near to a mall. Its just a walking distance away! Since we are driving, it is also easy for us to get around.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return
Pros: Apartment size and location is good. Well maintained and affordable housing and good facilities . Kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and laundromat. Dishwashing soap and sponge is provided. Bring your own laundry detergent. The bathroom is a good size and clean - hot water available all day. Large living room with good daylight and two large sofa beds. Gets a little cold at night in bedroom but there is heating in all rooms. WiFi was ok - not super fast but sufficient for simple internet use. Next to Forum Istanbul mall and Kocatepe metro station with lines M1A and M1B. Nearby is also a small park and local shops if you’re looking for something more authentic. Just walk through the metro station.
Cons: Cleaning of the floor could be better, particularly in the living room and kitchen - also hidden spots like under the bathroom sink etc. Bedroom needs better insulation and soundproofing - you can clearly hear the traffic noise and the room gets really chill at night. A small tv in the bedroom would be a nice addition.

A great experience and perfect stay in Istanbul
Pros: Everything was clean and tidy. We had a great time there. The staff is very friendly. The garage is a big plus, and also the proximity of a shopping mall.
