Pros: The promotional price, proximity to the bus station and positive reviews made me choose the hotel. From the moment I entered until the end, I was delighted with the attitude of the staff, the furnishings of the hotel and the room and the rich breakfast. Even the communication before check-in was great and deserves distinction. Thank you to the receptionist Hakan, who was available for all my questions. I wish the entire hotel team a happy Ramadan and may they be healthy and happy.

Pros: Overall very happy with our stay. The gym was huge but it's not just for guests, so it can get pretty busy. Luckily, we went during Ramadan and it was pretty much empty until 6PM. There's a shopping mall in walking distance so there's lots of options for food. Staff was nice

Cons: The pool looked great but was closed for maintenance for the whole week we stayed there.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Its location is perfect for food lovers — just steps away from Forum Istanbul Shopping Mall, which has a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy — ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the security team does a fantastic job, making the hotel feel very safe. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, giving a great start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul who wants a comfortable, warm stay with excellent safety and easy access to delicious food at Forum Istanbul Shopping Mall.

Pros: Everything was just awesome ! We even extended for 3 more days. Night shift reception lady is very nice and supportive, we had multiple requests during our stay and many time forgot our card in the room but she never got tired from us always helped us with a smile. Thanks for the professionalism of the hotel staff .

Pros: You simply cannot find a better price-to-quality ratio in Istanbul than this hotel. We have stayed in many places, and this hotel exceeded all expectations, especially considering how unbelievably affordable it is. The value you receive for the price is honestly impressive, including free underground parking, which is extremely rare and convenient in Istanbul. The location is perfect — just one minute walking distance from Forum Mall and one minute from the metro station, making it incredibly easy to reach anywhere in the city. Everything was exactly as expected, and even more. Highly recommended.
