Pros: Location, comfort, room, polite, friendly and helpful staff

Cons: The breakfast was not very good in terms of variety. Slice of pizza, simid, tea and coffee

Very good for tourists

Pros: Good location (tram line T1 is very close), friendly, helpful and solution oriented staff, clean room. The rooms a tiny but you won’t need anything bigger for staying there overnight. Air-conditioner in the room, disposable slippers, bar of soap, shower-gel, shampoo also provided. The breakfast is limited and the same selection every morning but you won’t leave the hotel with empty stomach.

Simple, clean, and truly heartwarming hospitality

Pros: Breakfast: The breakfast at Istanbul Efes Hotel pleasantly exceeded expectations. While not extravagant, it included all the essential items like eggs, cheeses, fruits, and bread—more than enough for a satisfying start to the day. Served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, the breakfast timing allowed for a relaxed and unhurried experience. The breakfast area, located on the lower floor, was clean, bright, and just as welcoming as the rest of the hotel. The staff made it even better with their warm smiles and consistently friendly service. Location: The hotel is situated in the heart of Fatih, a historic and lively area of Istanbul. While there is ongoing construction nearby, it is only temporary and the hotel manager shared that exciting developments are underway. Once completed, the surroundings will feature charming souvenir shops, cozy tea houses, and improved pedestrian areas. These enhancements will make the location even more convenient and attractive for future visitors.

Cons: There wasn’t much to dislike during the stay, as the hotel service was truly exceptional. However, the nearby road construction did make access slightly inconvenient at times, though it's clearly a temporary situation beyond the hotel's control and is expected to improve the area soon. Additionally, if the hotel could consider offering a few extra in-room amenities like a water kettle or minibar, it would elevate the comfort level even further and make it an outstanding choice for travelers.

Pros: direct tram ro city center, quite area, friendly staff, stores and kebab shops nearby

Pros: Staff on reception was unavailable helpful and friendly. Did help with any crazy questions with smile and sincere care. Thank you 🙏🏻

Cons: As per my understanding not clean enough floor and towels

Pros: We stayed at Istanbul Efes Hotel for 15 days. We are more than satisfied with our stay. The staff is extremely pleasant, helpful and available for anything you need. The breakfast is excellent! Cleanliness was very important to us because we were staying with baby and they exceeded our expectations. Clean, very nice and comfortable hotel with great location. All recommendations for Istanbul Efes Hotel! We will definitley stay here again in future.
