Argesh abdullaa and Mohammed are best recepients I’ve ever seen

Pros: Comfort polite employees ready to help and smile when they listen or give answers

Cons: Need more investment inside rooms like mattresses seeking bathrooms properly and tv’s

Great stay.

Pros: We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean. The hotel is well located, few minutes away from the tramway and bus stations. The staff was always nice and helpful.

Cons: A little bit of noise coming through the walls.

Pros: We used Istanbul as a transit point while traveling along the Mediterranean coast, and we stayed at this hotel three times, each time with a great experience. There were two receptionists who greeted us: the enthusiastic Argesh, and another somewhat shy, dark-skinned handsome man (unfortunately, I don't know his name), as well as a slim and pretty lady in the restaurant and the demure cleaning auntie; all were very friendly and attentive.

Cons: Disposable slippers are too thin; they automatically turn into flip-flops after only one minute of wear, and then into insoles...

Good locaion, great value for money

Pros: Location is perfect! Upon arrival we were upgrated for free to a lagtrer room on a higher floor with a veiw to the Roman remains. Very nice and friendly stuff. Breakfast is ok...
