Good money to quality ratio

Pros: The hotel is somehow worn out but it is very good quality for the money spent. You can tell it has its glory days before. Still excellent sleeping and overall room comfort. Satisfactory breakfast although little less from what you expect in Turkey. Quite close to Mall of Istanbul by car. It has convenient underground free parking. Polite English speaking staff.

Cons: I chose this hotel because it stated it had a rooftop pool. This was not in use during our stay.

Pros: All the staff were friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The non-smoking policy is theory only. Even though my room was not smelly upon arrival, I regularly had the AC blowing cigarette smoke into my room. For sure other guests were smoking in their rooms. I do realise this seems to be the norm in Turkish hotels, unfortunately.
