Pros: Great stay. The room was clean and quiet, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were very polite.

Pros: A modern building with a nice lobby and reception. The staff was very polite. They upgraded our room for free. It was very nice.

Cons: The sheets on the bed were torn. Apparently the maids don't do a good job and no one checks them.

Pros: I usually stay at this hotel because its clean, the staff are very polite and helpful. They always extend my check out time or offer earlier check in times if possible. The food is good, the rooms are spacious and modern. Mall of Istanbul is right opposite.

Cons: Location not accessible to public transport and shopping malls

Pros: Everything is perfect . Fahriye ,vesile are very helpful and friendly. Umutcan is also very helpful

Pros: Helpful staff, especially the lady in the mornings at the reception, very professional.

Pros: The facility was great and our room had an awesome view. Despite a last minute change in our plans to stay the hotel was facilitative towards our request for change. The front desk manager was super helpful and demonstrated such great customer service. He even let us check in before the hotels standard check in time.

Would stay there again without hesitation.
