Nostalgia Apartment

Pros: Big and spacy apartments, perfect for our group size. Very centrally located, and the staff was really helpful and let us check out late

Cons: We were there during the summer heat and it got extremely hot in the apartments, so it was hard to sleep or spend time there, so probably wouldn't recommend staying there in July. But perfect for colder weather I guess

A budget Accommodation with Classy facilities

Pros: This Property is best if you are looking for budget accommodation in istanbul. It is located 12 minutes walk to Takseem square( buses and metro to every where from there) and it is 3 minutes away from a bus station to take buses to almost anywhere. Shops nearby for essentials and very near to taksim square and istaklal street markets. The accommodation overall was very clean and spacious, washrooms were very clean and equipped with toiletries. Rooms were clean and equipped with cupboards. Access to property is very easy and you have your own key for all doors. Kitchen is well equipped and all utensils are there. They have very good sitting area. You can have nice time there. If you are looking for a budget accommodation, it is very best place to stay.

Cons: The bedsheets are a bit concerning, you can have your own if you care about cleanliness. No microwave in kitchen, though all other utensils are provided.

Pros: Me encantó la ubicación. Zona tranquila pero al lado del bullicio de taksim y bien comunicado. Le ofrecí hacer el check in antes y accedió y nos hizo un gran favor.

Cons: La única pega que le pongo al apartamento es que la Caldera de agua en numerosas ocasiones debaja de funcionar y había que reiniciarla pero nos dieron la opción de cambiar de apartamento y tampoco era mayor problema, probablemente lo arreglen.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja noclegu, budynek z ciekawą historią, powstał w 1860 roku i ma niepowtarzalny klimat, jest dużo miejsca w pokojach a w naszym apartamencie były 2 łazienki co bardzo się przydaje, jest czysto i wygodnie, ulica jest cicha i spokojna

Nous recommandons. Immeuble arménien historique.Merci à l'hôte.

Pros: Appartement 3ieme étage parfait, refait a neuf, situation géographique très intéressante, dans un.quartier peu fréquenté par les touristes mais proche de la place taksim et de tous les restaurants. En famille nous avons apprecie, en toute sécurité.

Cons: Avoir des casseroles et poêles pour une famille. Celles dans l'appartement étaient neuves, mais pour une personne :) L'appartement du second n'avait pas de fenêtre qui ferme dans salle de bain et cuisine et la chaudière était en panne. Il est neuf mais sera mieux lorsqu'il fait chaud si pas réparé! Merci à l'hôte de nous avoir trouvé vite une solution

Pros: J’ai du réserver cette établissement au dernier moment car le premier pas annulé une semaine avant le départ . Du coup par manque de temp j’ai réservé celui ci et j’ai e te ait très agréablement surprise . Très bien situer pour le shopping 5 minutes à pied de taxim une supérette juste en bas de l’immeuble ce qui est génial 👍 les lits sont très grand et confortable . Machine à laver à disposition . Niveau propreté on va dire que sa va mais il manque d équipement …

Cons: Pour ma part le fait d’être au 4 eme étages sans ascenseur

Pros: Просторная квартира! Вчетвером и даже впятером было комфортно, два туалета способствуют удобству пребывания. Кровати норм, подушки тоже. Квартира на первом этаже поэтому видов из окна никаких не ждите, да и захотите ли вы смотреть из окна в этом районе. В целом, что меня порадовало, было не так уж шумно, спалось хорошо. Место в целом хорошее и я бы приехал снова, но уже без родителей, им было тяжеловато каждый день ходить до Истикляля в горку через большую шумную улицу.

Cons: На кухне было очень мало посуды и утвари для приготовления пищи. Сковородки так и не дождались, но спасибо хосту Тунчаю, принес микроволновку. Супермаркетов больших рядом нет, фрукты купить сложно, но маленький магазинчик есть прямо напротив дома.
