Very pratique

Pros: I am very happy with my stay at Hilton Mall of Istanbul. The reception staff were extremely kind and professional, especially Shahin. He was very helpful and understanding when he learned that my flight was delayed and that I was traveling with a young child. He kindly granted me extra hours for late check-out, which made a big difference and eased my stress. I truly appreciate his support and excellent service. Thank you, Shahin, for your kindness and professionalism. It made our stay much more comfortable and pleasant.

Cons: The number of towels is insufficient, as is the toilet paper.

The place is very beautiful and clean.

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel’s location is great — right next to a large mall and close to everything you might need. Overall, it was a comfortable and high-quality stay.

Cons: There is no self-parking available, and you must use the valet service. Also, every time you take your car out and come back to the hotel, you have to pay the valet fee again, which is around $15 per parking. This is inconvenient and quite expensive.

Cons: The fact that at 251 euro per night we had to pay for parking. Also the breakfast wasn’t as expected, poorer than a 4* hotel
