Pros: Very nice new build hotel. Very good breakfast. Near the mall of Istanbul, just a few minutes walk.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff, outstanding buffet and close to Mall of Istanbul.

Pros: Really nice hotel. Very clean. Very good location opposite Mall of Istanbul. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Dining staff were very good as well. Cleaning staff cleaned my room every day and did a very good job so I was very pleased with the cleanliness. Breakfast was amazing. I am still thinking about it. It had a lot of variety, loved the omelettes, buffet was always fully stacked: cereals, nuts, omelette, Turkish pastries, coffee, juices, olives, cheese. The bread was excellent especially the white roles. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

Cons: The only thing that could do better is to train the cleaning staff not to barge in immediately after knocking on the door. They hardly gave me time to get to the door a few times and also knocked on my door with items for the next room.

Pros: Perfect location opposite the Mall of Istanbul and the Metro Station. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is super friendly. My room was cleaned every day, and bottles of water were delivered to my room daily. The restaurant is nice and served freshly prepared food. The breakfast is really good, offering a wide range of vegetables, fruits, different egg dishes, muesli, etc. It's my second time visiting, and I am planning to visit again.

Pros: Attentive staff with good knowledge of English, with clean and spotless rooms and beds with the best matrices I have come across. Food is good value for money.

Cons: Location is a bit far from the centre

Pros: The purpose of our trip to Istanbul was to look at furniture for our house. We picked this hotel because it is very close to MASKO and to Mall of Istanbul (walking distance 5-8 mins). It has its own private parking so if you travel by car, you have where to park it. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Pros: Everything the stuff were very polite and friendly. Food was amazing .

Cons: The tv there is no English or French channels also you don’t have YouTube or Netflix or your tv . What I can advise upgrade the smart tv and put YouTube or international channels please . It be nice to stay in hotel and enjoy the food and drink from your restaurant without going out .

Pros: We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, liked everything - excellent breakfast, individual support from the staff, close public transport to get to the city center. Delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Overall, liked it much better than the previous 5 star hotel.

Pretty good hotel near Istanbul Mall

Pros: Big room with jacuzzi!! Stuff was perfectly kind and polite! Biggest Mall just behind the road Good breakfast

Great and a cozy hotel

Pros: Great pre plan communication with staff. I was travelling with disabled person the wheelchair was already waiting during checkin time. Luggage was handled by staff. Staff was very friendly and reacted instantly on requests. Room interior was great, it was good big size and clean according to Ramada standard. We liked the small cozy bathroom easy to manage things and it was clean. Good breakfast.

Cons: During the day time when sun was on its peak airconditioning stops working and room gets quite warm because of window size and direct sunlight on it. Even though staff tried to help by controlling the climate but I felt air conditioning system needs an upgrade. It wasn't a fault of staff but organization needs to handle this especially with Ramada name I didn't expected that. However, the situation gets much better in the evenings and during night room was good cold.

Pros: Very clean and super all staff i had dental implants and the staff they blend all food for me i will recommend 100%+
