Sophisticated and Comfortable

Pros: Immediately after our horrific experience we checked into the Serenity comfort Hotel . The reception was friendly, kind and very helpful . He assist us quickly and efficiently. He explained everything very quickly, arranged for meals and called us to ensure we were comfortable. The place was immaculately cleaned, beds were very comfortable. It was perfect. I am sorry I can't spell his name but he said it was Yesus. He was brilliant with all his clients. Breakfast was great . This hotel is very peaceful .

Cons: It is a little out of town and the traffic is heavy . But i would recommend this hotel anytime, it's quiet and comforting.

Nice hotel 🏨 but far from everything

Pros: Very spacious and clean rooms, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. breakfast buffet was ok, and the service at the bar was also great. the food at the restaurant was pretty good too.

Cons: Location is pretty far away from city center and main touristic attractions, the service at the restaurant is suuuuper slow at the evenings. Pool water was pretty cold. I had an issue because I got a call from the reception at almost 1am in the morning telling me about an issue with my payment, it is not ok to call guests at that hour!! specially because I was traveling with my little son and of course the call woke him up.

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Comfort Hotel.

Pros: There was a great variety of food available for breakfast. The staff were welcoming and attended to our needs promptly. We were given complementary drinks, fruit and biscuits on arrival.

Cons: Location of the hotel is a long way from the tourist sites. China cups (our paper cups leaked), and spoons would have been a nice addition to the room.

Pros: this is a very new and modern hotel, the staff try really hard to be accommodating, especially the wonderful reception staff. Even though it’s on a very Busy road it is extremely quiet at night time.

Как всегда уровень на высоте!

Pros: Мы в этот отель приезжаем уже раз 6ой или 7ой и так и продолжим сюда ездить! Всё отлично! Чисто, красиво, уютно, персонал приятный, еду из ресторана можно заказать в номер, очень тёплый бассейн! Всем рекомендую!

Pros: Отель чудесный! Останавливаемся здесь уже третий раз! Бассейн с тёплой водой с подогревом. Плавать очень комфортно. Номера чистые и красивые, персонал работает великолепно. Завтраки вкусные и заказ еды в номер тоже работает на ура! Цены на еду в номер очень хорошие и еда вся вкусная! Наш любимый отель в Стамбуле! Опять приедем и обязательно именно сюда!

Un hotel foarte bun

Pros: Locatua foarte buna. Pentru cei interesati este la aprox.15 min de mers pe jos de statia de metrou. Curatenie se face zilnic. Mic dejun foarte bun.
