Pros: We stayed at Olive Garden in October, and it was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The hotel owner and staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. All the main attractions are within a 10–15 minute walk, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. We truly loved our stay — highly recommended! 🌿✨

I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to enjoy the centre of Istanbul!

Pros: The room was as comfortable as it could be, the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The cafe with a garden served great food. The location is super central - we could walk everywhere, even though I was with a child and a pregnant sister, it wasn't a problem because we could quickly come back from any point to relax.

Pros: The apartment really has everything a small family needs for a stay in a big city (except silence). Very nice and large bathroom, there is soap, shampoo, towels. Small kitchen, but there is a microwave and two burners, enough dishes and pots (but there is a problem with knives). Air conditioning works properly. There are thick curtains on the windows.

Cons: 1. In fact, the apartment area is about 30 square meters, not 50. 2) the noise level in the bedroom of Apartment No. 3 is simply unbearable. No, it's much noisier than you can even imagine. Even noisier. Several times I woke up at night or early in the morning from the fact that my hometown was being bombed. Then it turned out that it was another traffic jam at the intersection. The bedroom windows overlook this very busy intersection. Turkish drivers all unanimously consider it necessary to honk their horns as soon as something is wrong - hence the horns, the roar of brakes, the constant noise. VERY noisy. 3) there are only table knives in the kitchen, it is impossible to cut even a tomato or cucumber with them.

Pros: The location was perfect. 10 mins walk away from most attractions. Plenty of food choices. Separate room and living room. Beautiful garden restaurant downstairs serving food till midnight. Very friendly staff. Owner Mr Jesop extremely helpful, cheerful. Will definitely recommend and will visit again.

Cons: Kitchen sink had some smell coming through but otherwise very nice and clean place.

Pros: Manager is an amazing person really good to talk to and will help with anything. Arrived 01:00 im the morning and he was waiting for us with room keys. Hotel room very clean, traditional and cultural makes you think your at home. Will definately return. The location is great close to everything within walkimg distance to the Sultanahmet Camii and Grand Bazaar.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike.

It was a good trip but Stambul in general is very specific city

Pros: Our stay was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, the apartment was big enough for 3 people and was very clean, everything worked perfectly.

Cons: We ordered the apartment on the ground floor, however it was not available , and we had to live on the 3rd floor, which was not convenient with the small kid and stroller. No coffee machine in the room No sound isolation from the street - very noisy at nights and early morning

Exceptional

Pros: clean, spacious, very friendly staff, close to the main attractions, parking in the area

Cons: advise for fellow tourists: due to the increased inflation do not come with Turkish Lira unless you need it for tips or similar wich anyway can be withdrown from local ATMs ... pay with card or handle things with USD or EURO
