Pros: I read the reviews, and there are overwhelmingly positive ones. There are a few negative reviews, but also some positive ones. I must say, the staff are very helpful and meet all needs. Early check-in and late check-out were free, and tea and coffee were offered. Respect and tolerance are the most thoughtful touches these people provide. Thank you for everything. When I come with my family, you will be my first choice.

Pros: Wonderful hotel, we had only positive impressions from our stay. I would especially like to highlight the cleanliness — the room and all common areas were spotlessly clean, with a very high standard of housekeeping. The administration is extremely loyal, well-organized, and professional, always ready to help and resolve any questions quickly. The friendliness of the staff made our stay even more pleasant — everyone was welcoming, polite, and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again

A truly warm and welcoming stay with a genuine family atmosphere and excellent service

Pros: From the moment I arrived, I was told: Here, you are at home, we are a family At first, I thought it was just a nice expression, but as the stay went on, I truly felt it. The welcome was extremely warm, the staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. It really felt like being at home. The owner is very present and involved, managing the hotel personally, which clearly reflects in the excellent follow-up, impeccable cleanliness, and overall quality of the service.

Cons: Leaving very early in the morning (5 a.m.), I wasn’t able to enjoy the excellent breakfast, which is very varied and homemade. Thank you for everything.

Cosy family hotel with spacious comfy rooms

Pros: Location, breakfast (fresh, tasty , a lot of choice). The staff were very nice too! The room was spacious and comfortable, value for money is amazing. We stayed in other hotels in Istanbul (in theory better) but we didn’t get that quality and service there.

Cons: The bathroom could be cleaned a bit better - nothing serious. Windows are not soundproof.
