Pros: Well too many things to point out! Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Not sure if it's an Istanbul thing but great hot water with pressure and temperature, and no dampness or odour. I personally liked carpeted stairs and landings. Sauna facility was free of charge and on top of that I went for hammam with 20% discount as a hotel guest, which was amazing. This was located on the basement floor and handy for going back to the room afterwards. Breakfast was included with my plan and visited the place across the street, and it was the best breakfast I have ever had in any hotels! For access, we took public transport, Metro M11 to Gayrettepe, then M2 to Laleli Universite then Tram T1 to Cemberlitas then walked.

Cons: Nothing. Even if there had been anything, I am sure the price was too reasonable for that.

Pros: Superb location for all the historic sights in the old city. Surrounded by lots of good restaurants.. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was focused on local food and was abundant. Do take up the offer of the fixed price car shuttle to and from the airport.

Cons: The room was small with nowhere to store bags and cases. However, the room was comfortable.

Pros: The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops and transport. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. The room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Pros: I had an excellent stay at the Sultan Suleyman Palace Hotel & Spa. Everything was truly perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, offering great recommendations and guidance on the best places to visit in Istanbul. I would especially like to thank Mr. Erkan at reception, who was outstanding throughout our stay—extremely kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for at all times. The hotel’s central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites, all within easy reach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a perfect base in the heart of Istanbul.

A hotel which makes a real effort to make you feel welcome.

Pros: We enjoyed staying in this traditional and exceptionally friendly hotel only a short walk to the main sights eg the Blue Mosque and Aya Sophia. Room perfectly clean with daily service if needed. Good breakfast with wide choice and you are spoilt for choice of eating places nearby.

Cons: The room was a reasonable size but the large bed and very large armchair didn't leave much space over.

Pros: Absolutely loved this hotel! Especially staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
