A great comfortable stay at the heart of Istanbul’s old town
Pros: A very clean, nice, and comfortable apartment in the heart of Sultanahmet, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit! Our host was very kind, responsive, and helpful!
Cons: The hot water tank was not enough for the 5 of us to shower one after another, so we had to plan ahead and space our showers out.

Perfect place for a family stay in Istanbul
Pros: The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions, but nicely quiet for a good night's sleep, and it's close to a street with easy taxi access and nice souvenir shops. Our room was spotless, with a super clean bathroom and kitchen. The kitchenware, sheets, and towels were all in great condition. Accessibility to the room was excellent, making this a great place for a guest with mobility restraints. The host was 10/10—always helpful and clearly dedicated to maintaining a clean and comfortable stay.

The best place to stay in Istanbul
Pros: I highly recommend this place. It’s an easy walk to major sights like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our host was the kindest person we met in Turkey and was incredibly accommodating about our checkout—thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Special thanks to his mother as well, who greeted us with a warm, lovely smile every time we saw her. You truly made our trip even more beautiful!
Cons: We had no complaints at all—our only regret is that our stay was too short!

A nice place to stay managed by nice people
Pros: The apartment was available early in the morning at 8am, and is close from the major sites, restaurants et shops, in quiet area When the shower cord broke, it was replaced in the 5 minutes. The old lady was very friendly and helpful, even if she could not speak english

Perfect for a family of 5
Pros: Very comfortable for my family of 5. Small but had everything that we needed. Plenty of shampoo, soap, and toilet paper provided. Good air conditioning. Excellent location, next to restaurants and supermarkets but at the same time, very quiet so we slept well. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Cons: The small room was a bit hot as the air conditioning was only in the main room.

Friendly hosts and good value stay in a great location
Pros: Engin our host was very friendly, helpful and responsive to all our questions and requests. He also kindly walked us around the local neighbourhood while our room was being prepared as we turned up early. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location, easy walk to multiple attractions. The room size was much larger and cost per night was significantly cheaper than our previous hotel in Beyoglu, even allowing for breakfast not being included.
Cons: Aircon only in one bedroom. Noise from the upstairs apartment travels through the ceiling a bit, fortunately the guests there were not too noisy. The hotel's credit card facilities were not working which meant we had to organise a bank transfer which was a bit stressful as we weren't expecting this. You'll have to carry your bags up stairs, no lift (which we expected)..not a major issue for us though at the time.

A perfect place for a vacation in Istanbul
Pros: Great location - close to the Sultanahmet T1 station, but not too close so it was very quiet at night; lots of good restaurants literally around the corner, same with supermarkets; some of the major landmarks within a comfortable walking distance; the kitchen equipped well to cook a simple breakfast for three people and make some tea; really comfortable beds; air conditioning in the living room; clean bathroom with hot water. Very hospitable owners: Engin helped us with the late check-in and the taxi, also recommended some great restaurants; the apartment was clean and tidy – a perfect stay if you ask me.

Close to all the sights in Istanbul but away from the hustle bustle at the end of a sightseeing day!
Pros: Just a few hundred metres from Sultanahmet Square, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Cistern Basilica, Gülhane Park but in a very quiet area with plenty of small restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops n 2 parks. Local people are very friendly n helpful. The Bosphorus is easy to reach on foot or with the tram A flat in a small family-owned building in a very quiet street, very secure Recently renovated Extremely clean n well maintained The owners are very friendly n always ready to help
Cons: The kitchen could do with a bit more cutlery n crockery for visitors who enjoy cooking but it is a very small minus point! Enough equipment available to prepare breakfast n quick meals
