Great for price.

Pros: Owner of the place is good person, the place is excellent about price/performance.

Cons: When you want to go somewhere you need to climb to the tram station.

Pros: Really beautiful hotel! I was there for my first few days of my solo trip, the position is really the best, close to Sultanahmet, beautiful area. The hotel is cozy and clean. Ali the owner is veri kind, always helpful and always available for any questions or problems. I surely reccomend this place to everybody! Hope to come back :)

Pros: Ali is an amazing host. He did everything to make stay comfortable. Convenient location. Help with transportation. Good value for money.

Cosy, central, great for even a longer stay

Pros: If you are looking for the well located place almost in the city centre then do not hesitate and book a room with Ali. He is a very friendly and welcoming guy willing to provide all the help you need at any time. Our room met our expectations. It matched the owner´s description, with maybe the only exception: the view:) But, we did not care that much as we really spent only a fragment of time inside during the day. The room was cleaned regularly and it was quiet and peaceful there. The heating works well. Thank you, Ali.

Cons: The blinking lights on the fire alarm system on the ceiling were a bit annoying

Pros: The hotel is near the city center and it is also well connected to other beautiful parts of the city. The room we stayed in was modest, but very clean. It was cleaned and the sheets were changed every second day while we were there. Ali is so nice, such a wonderful person, who always greeted us with a smile offering help. We will come back for sure.

Cosy and Convenient

Pros: Ali was a wonderful host, Hotel itself was located in a very welcoming neighborhood with lively atmosphere; we group of friends stayed there for 3 nights, room was cleaned every 2 days with every bits of linens and towels replaced as detailed as it could be, it was located near to the main attractions and restaurants so you could commute easily by walk. Again, Ali is one of the friendliest and most helpful host one can meet.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The owner is extremely kind, helpful, and always available for any request. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Good choice for holidays

Pros: The host is very friendly and always ready to help, organized some local tours and transfer to airport for us. Location is very good, in the center of old city. Good option for holidays.

Great place for vacation

Pros: Everything was excellent! This hotel located in 25 minutes walking from metro, in the old city. It is not an expensive luxury hotel, but for its price it is great. The host is very friendly.
