Sareban Hotel Istanbul

Outstanding Hospitality and a Prime Location

Pros: My stay at Sareban Hotel Istanbul was truly beyond my expectations. The room was very comfortable, and the location is absolutely premium, perfect for exploring Istanbul with ease. What made the experience exceptional was the service, especially from a very young guy Pandu at the reception. He was incredibly kind, humble, and polite. From the moment he heard my car had arrived, he immediately came outside to greet me and assist me, and his care continued throughout my stay until check-out. Pandu is truly a treasure for the hotel, and I sincerely hope the company treats him as well as he treats the guests. God bless him and the entire Sareban Hotel team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Pros: The hotel was well situated with restaurants, and local attractions within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well catered for.

Cons: Access to the bathroom facilities in our room was tight.

Pros: The hotel is at the perfect location, really central in the old town but also very quiet durijg night time so we were able to get needed rest. The staff is always quick to respond to our messages and requests and they helped us arrange transfer from and to airport. We also appreciated that the room was cleaned perfectly every day!

Cons: The pillows were too soft and the bedsheets could be updated. We expected the room to be small as it was shown in the photos but due to its size it was really warm and humid in the room. When we tried to sleep with the window partially opened it was too cold because the bed is right next to it. I also suggest adding a simple coat hanger or more clothing storage because we didn't have enough room to hang our stuff.

Good time in Istanbul

Pros: The hotel staff were very kind and understanding, especially Emir, who helped us with multiple restaurant addresses and ensured our luggage was safely stored at the hotel during our travel to another city. A big thanks to him and all the hotel staff. The hotel is centrally located in Istanbul, close to Sultanahmet Square, the most of the historical monuments, and multiple Turkish restaurants. The room was very calm and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Emir even upgraded our room, which was the best surprise to start our journey in Istanbul. Much appreciated! ^^

A great place to stay

Pros: The hotel is located within walking distance of the mosques. All around in the cobblestones streets are restraunts and shops. We had some great meals within walking distance of our accommodation. There is a lovely park area across from it. The room is small but air-conditioned. We were well looked after by reception. On arrival, we were offered a cold refreshing drink. The host is a really lovely, helpful guy, and we had great chats. I'd definitely stay here again. The location was perfect.

Cons: The bathroom tap needs repair and the shower door space is very small to get into. Our room was right by the lobby so you could hear people talking at night. For all the other things we enjoyed about our stay. These things we overlooked.
