Exceptional thank you

Pros: Close to everything , exceptional staff . BULENT was very warm and attentive he was always smiling and extremely hospitable . The Italian restaurant was amazing and the breakfast. Service was phenomenal I will definitely stay again .

Cons: Room was a bit dated and not finished to the same standard as the rest of hotel , curtains dates and sliding door to bathroom had issues .

Pros: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr.Bülent (the valet). He was exceptionally polite and helpful, which made my experience truly pleasant. Additionally, I want to thank the hotel team for returning my husband’s forgotten bag. All the money and documents inside were completely intact. We truly appreciate the honesty and high level of service. We will definitely be back!

Great place

Pros: It's a great hotel, definitely luxury. Personnel I dealt with, especially for room service, was genuinely amazing. I wish I had asked the name of the guy serving the food twice as he was terrific (and so was the food). Breakfast was varied and well organised. I loved the room, too. Great bathroom, with bath :)

Cons: The location is meh, but not bad at all.

Cons: CLEANING . THE PHONE IN THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY , ALSO MY BOOKING WAS FOR 3 ADULTS , WE ENDED UP GOING 2 PEOPLE , I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED IF THEY MADE A SMALL DISCOUNT AT LEAST ON THE BREAKFAST FEE FOR THE 3RD PERSON .

Pros: Almost every time I’m in Istanbul, I choose this hotel. This year, in January, we stayed there again for two nights. The level of service is highly professional and, most importantly, truly customer-oriented — from the front desk to the concierge. My daughter and I became quite ill during our stay, and thanks to the room service team, we lacked nothing. After just one call, they were already at our door with everything we needed. The entire staff is incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfasts are excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again.
