Perfect choice for your stay in Istanbul

Pros: Everything. From location to the staff who are always helpful, especially Ufuk. The room was very spacious with everything you need to feel comfortably at home during the stay. Breakfast is so good you will probably skip lunch. The view of the Bosphorus adds an extra to the whole experience and the neighbourhood has probably become my favourite in Istanbul after trying Taksim, Istiklal, Galata and Sultanahmet.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, honestly!

Eccellent choice for a hotel in Istanbul

Pros: The room was very spacious with a sofa and plenty of space in the wardrobe. The breakfast really makes you want to get up in the morning not to miss it with a really good variety of food and drinks included in the buffet. The staff are really professional and helpful always and Ufuk will make you feel like a guest of honour. The location is perfect because you are a short ride away from the tourist centre but right in the middle of Istanbul life though here locals are likely to speak little or no English. I highly recommend and will visit again when prices in Istanbul drop below London standards.

Overall, it was a warm and welcoming stay thanks to the amazing staff, despite a few comfort issues.

Pros: The reception team was absolutely amazing! They were so kind and friendly, especially Ufuk Bey — he truly made me feel like I was coming home. Thank you for such a warm and welcoming experience!

Cons: The only downside was the breakfast — it lacked variety and wasn’t very satisfying. Additionally, the rooms are not soundproof; since the hotel is on a busy street, you can hear a lot of noise from outside.

The serenity hotel really does justice to their name. It was really a relaxing stay for us.

Pros: Upon arrival the very friendly Ufuk offered us a free upgrade of our room AND the choice to have the room in front (street) or in the back of the hotel. I wanted to have the real Istanbul experience, so decided to have the room in front but me and my partner didn't experience discomfort of the noise outside. The room seemed well isolated and was very comfortable for our stay. Big plus for the tidyness, the room got cleaned every day, and big warm shower. Location was perfect to explore the beautiful city. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars around for the evening. We'd like to give an extra compliment to Ufuk, who always greeted us with his sincere smile. No question was to much for him and he always asked how our day was and gave us good tips. The rest of the staff was also very kind and helpfull. We felt very welcome in this hotel.

Cons: There was nothing that we really disliked, but we found the breakfast a bit sober to enjoy every day. But since it was included in our stay, no problem for us.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Beşiktaş Serenity Hotel. I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival — the room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The owner, Özlem, was incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for. Ufuk was also exceptionally helpful throughout my stay — professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.

A cozy and convenient stay in the heart of Beşiktaş ideal for a short city break.

Pros: The location was perfect right in the heart of Beşiktaş, close to ferry terminals, cafes, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked how quiet it was at night, despite being so central.

Cons: The room was a bit smaller than expected, and the air conditioning could’ve been stronger, especially during hot weather. Also, the breakfast options were limited.
