Pros: The staff are soo great and helpful and the location is just perfect metro and beşiktaş square is like 5 10 minutes away by walk breakfast is good enough for a small hotel like this specially if it's this cheap rooms are nice and clean and u can get housekeeping service daily also they wont charge you extra if you ask for extra coffee tea and water one of the best customer services you can find around the city 10/10

Pros: The room was very clean and nice to stay in. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

Cons: I was struggling with hot water in the shower - sometimes it was quite a long wait to get it running.

Amazing place to stay in Bosphorus area! Super friendly and kind staff - delicious brekkie and the location is super cen

Pros: The location was the best in town - central to everything in the area. The staff were the highlight of the place for me! Super friendly and willing to help and guide wherever needed! Particularly Eren and another gentleman who assisted in booking us an uber and going the extra mile. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back!

Pros: Staff were exceptional. Whether it was talking to the airline/ baggage handlers (had problems with flights) or ordering food. All done in a friendly and efficient manner. Location- very close to bus and tram stops, corner shops

Pros: The staff were friendly, my flight arrived as early as 5 am and there were no available rooms to check in the staff contacted me before the legitimate check in time by 3 hours for an available room

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff.

Pros: Nice clean hotel. Yusuf from the front desk was very friendly and accommodating with all requests.

Cons: I had organised an airport transfer from the airport, through the hotel. This was very badly managed as the driver couldn't be found for over an hour, and it was a very stressful time with many phone calls to the hotel trying to find him. The lift wasn't working at the hotel, but luckily for me I was on the 1st Floor, and the staff were kind enough to take my suitcases to the room.
