Pros: Clean, and location is perfect - 5 mins away from the aya sophia and sultan mehmet mosque, alot of restaurants nearby and has a 24/7 store close by too. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. They arrange day tours and help with private tours as well.

Comfy room, extremely helpful staff, great location

Pros: The room was very clean with no hidden mold or dust and the AC was working well and smelled clean. The beds were very comfy and we slept very well. This hotel is in prime location if you want to be within a very short walking distance of the main historical sites. There are restaurants and mini marts all around. The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly and are very keen to make sure you have everything you need. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul.

Comfortable located super close to main attractions.

Pros: I travelled with 2 friends and we stayed in a triple bedroom. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds (great for a good night's sleep). The staff was incredibly helpful from minute 1, and communication with them via the Booking.com chat was easy. They also gave us useful information and suggested a few routes to organize our 3-day trip.

Very pleasent I covered a lot of ground and at the end of the day the hotel and staff where great

Pros: The breakfast was great a traditional Turkish breakfast very tasty and sustained me untill dinner. THe staff where very helpful with local advice and ancient sites of interest.

Cons: Overall the manager was great i got upgraded due to my Genius Level 3 status which was great the manager informed me of this at time of check in. Also the taxi service was very comfortable and although the special rate of 50 Euro had changed to 60 Euro it was a good service
