Great stay

Pros: I really liked the hotel's location, the friendly staff, the clean room, and the comfortable bed.

Cons: The only issues were that the room was poorly insulated, so I could hear noises from the hallway, the street, and neighboring rooms, and the hot water sometimes cut out.

Pros: If it’s your first time visiting, you should definitely try the city tours and the boat tour offered by the front desk. Ask for a discount — they will gladly assist you. I would like to thank the reception for arranging the fun-filled boat tour with dinner included for us. The rooms are clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and the hotel is located right in the heart of the tourist area.

Pros: The premises has got everything we need for a short stay. Good cleaning, changing of towels, nice breakfast. We managed to park the car in front of the hotel and this was a must. The receptionist is a professional and correct person.

Cons: The space in the bedroom is minuscole. To reach the window we must cross over the bed. The breakfast is served in a place out of the hotel premises, what can be annoying.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The reception manager, Ramin, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Due to unexpected weather, I needed a last-minute extension of my stay, and he handled it smoothly and professionally, which I truly appreciated. All the staff were very welcoming and supportive throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location—very close to the tram, with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The balcony view is beautiful and adds to the overall experience. The breakfast was authentic, healthy, and delicious, and the atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my entire stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
