Great value for the price

Pros: The hotel was great. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the breakfast tasty with a good amount of variety. There are a lot of transportation options around the hotel.

Modern Facilities with Great Breakfast. Definite Recommend.

Pros: The facilities are modern and the front desk is very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and they have a live kitchen with very supportive staff. The family room was huge and easily accomodated a family of 4. Views were also great from the room. Metro, Tram and Bus services are right in front so transportation to touristy locations are easy.

Cons: Internet service could be better. Locaiton was a bit far from tourist places but I didnt mind the public transport.

Pros: Everything new. Good apartment with nice views. Very comfortable and modern. A lot of space to put your stuff. Clean. Good fridge to keep there some drinks and basic food / snacks. Nice to have a metro and tram just next to the hotel.

Pros: The staff at the reception were all great, esoecially Mrs Fatima who always went the extra mile. The restaurant manager (Mr Behnam) was professional, polite and attentative.

Cons: The breakfast was poorly presented with limited selection, no supervision from the kitchen staff at all. The managment needs to look into this issue.

Pros: Basically I liked indeed everything. Personal who work there is extremely nice and sweet and very very helpful. Especially i would like to thank Fatima and Tarik. They are very polite, always ready to help. The breakfast is great. I also got a fruit plate as a welcome gift, which was so sweet and delicious. Location is indeed convenient, because there is a Metro M7, right accross the street, also a bus stop with so many buses coming every two minutes so you do not need to wait at al. Also there is a tram stop for T5, which can easily bring you to the historical city center. So indeed I highly recommend this hotel! it is with top quality and reasonable price!
