Amazing personnel, clean rooms, good vibes.

Pros: The staff is amazing! They are extremely polite, helpful, just great! They were always checking if everything is okay with our stay, always responding to our questions, demands, complaints and pretty much everything. We forgot to reserve a breakfast for our stay and they did include one complimentary breakfast free of charge! The rooms are clean. Many, many thanks to Burak, Benan, Eren, Kerim (sorry if I am missing someone). We will definitely stay there again when visiting!

Cons: There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers, however, the Turkish people are passionate smokers which means sometimes the non-smoker rooms are quite the opposite. The hotel walls are paper-thin and if someone is smoking next door, it smells bad in your rooms as well. The hotel is located in a good place, between some main streets, which makes it a bit noisy from the outside.

Good, friendly, nice

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent! Advice if you have a stay over in Istanbul: Taxi and airport transfers are expensive! I looked at cheaper hotels near the airport first because I had a one night stay over between flights. Taxi / airport transfer would cost more than Hotel Cagayan because it’s close to the metro line, minimal cost, easy, quick and safe. I didn’t know the area, but I used google maps and then the hotel was easy to find, maybe a 12 minutes walk from the metro station. Also, from any metro in Istanbul you will have quick connections to downtown. Easy, and you avoid getting stuck in traffic during rush hours.

Pros: Location was super, there is a lot of shops and restaurants near. The staff was great, always smiling and helpful

I would stay here again, good value and close to the area I wanted to be around.

Pros: Very clean place. Breakfast selection was good, staff are very friendly and helpful with local things I asked about. Emircon the front of house guy, his manager Ibrahim and the bell boy Gōrkem were nice and spoke pretty good English which made communication easy.

Cons: Not much that you can fault, the place is clean and well managed.

Excellent hotel for very good price!

Pros: The location is excellent! A lot of food corners, and shops. Close is Istanbul Court and other streets with small shops the Metro, and a lot of public transport.

Pros: The staff is very kind and speaks English excellent. The room is perfectly cleaned every day. Mr. Sinan is very helpful.

Pros: Location very good taxi park walking distance same for metro and bus. Lots of supermarkets and conveniences on street round corner

Clean, comfortable and well-described room and facilities

Pros: Clean, comfortable and well-described room and facilities. We stayed over night so that we can easily get to the IST airport which is 25 minutes by car.

Cons: The Air conditioner was not working and I informed front desk. They said it might take 10 minutes until it works but it never worked. Since it was already later, I did not follow up and had to sleep with open window which was a bit noisy but not too bad. It would be helpful if they check the functionality of air conditioning as we are getting closer to hotter days of summer. Room Nr. was 302!

I felt little at home, because of the staff very understanding

Pros: the room was comfortable.. I got most what I needed. the staff was the best.

Cons: the carpet need to be more clean, maybe can provide tiles instead.
