Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly 🙂 All you needs including in the mall, many stores and restaurants , you can walk to the vialand barks through the mall

Cons: Vialand park and mall you can reach then through the hotel by walking

Wonderful and Comfortable Stay

Pros: The staff was very polite and helpful. Location waa great as it was attached to the Vialand mall and from walking distance to the Vialand Theme Park

Cons: Nothing Really. Except for the one night where the entire family was waiting to take a shower but there was no hot water, and the next night there was no water although it was fixed promptly.

Pros: the room service was great. cleanliness and staff was really good.

Cons: minibar was not included. when i booked the room i was sure that minibar was included but when i got there it was not included. so i had to pay in the end.

Pros: On a positive note, the hotel is connected to a lovely themed park and a mini mall, which is convenient for families.

Cons: The hotel is quite far from the airport and major city attractions. It's not easy to get an Uber or access the metro from this location. Ubers typically take at least 15 minutes to arrive, and most destinations are around 45 minutes away. While the location is quiet and peaceful, it feels very isolated. On a positive note, the hotel is connected to a lovely themed park and a mini mall, which is convenient for families. However, I personally found it too far out for easy travel and sightseeing around Istanbul

Pros: Very spacious room, good breakfast. The convenience of the mall and its food court was wonderful. The park seemed nice. However, we never went their as our trip was short.

Cons: Far from the city and the historic places.
