Very nice hotel with a perfect location,

Pros: Delicious breakfast - both English breakfast and Turkish specials plus cereals and bread - all so tasty. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.Very quiet hotel - good soundproof windows. Perfect location - close to metro and 2 min to a tram that takes you directly to the centre - only 4 stops to Sultanahmet etc.Very friendly and helpful staff. Cosy neighborhood and a walking distance from Grand Bazaar. We have had a great stay.

Pros: Lovely boutique style hotel.. extremely friendly staff.. very clean.. housekeeping visited every day...close to the metro and about 100 metres from the tram lines. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.. really good value for money..

value for money and I can’t see the difference between 4 Star and 5star hotels that I have stayed in previously trips

Pros: the location 3 minutes walk from main aksary tram the staff the breakfast every thing . I have been in Istanbul many times but different hotels but I was surprised by the hotel service. I would like to thanks Mohammed and ahmed for the top service.

Pros: Lift was out of order but v v quickly fixed one morning. Staff from the cleaner to the chef to the reception are all v helpful polite and professional.

Pros: The staff is very helpful They spea several languages and don’t complain or scream they just help woth what you ask without going into negotiations with you Perfecttttt

Cons: That the cleaners have the key for the room and they once they knock the door we didn’t reply so they entered on us we were shocked

Pros: Расположение ТОП! Отличное прям! Мы брали номер SUITES с видом на трамвайную линию и мечеть, хоть номер и староват, это никак не повлияло на ваше впечатление- огромный, с вайбом начала 20х. Завтраки просты, но уходили всегда сытыми. Я однозначно рекомендую этот отель, а я была в более 20 разных за 4 года

Pros: Понравилось всё. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый, помогал в любой просьбе. Местоположение просто супер. Рядом остановки такси, трамвая, автобуса и метро. Если купить Istanbulkart , то можно на всех видах транспорта ездить со скидкой. Также в некоторых магазинах предоставляется скидка при предъявлении карты. И остановка автобуса в аэропорт. Магазины, бары, рестораны, обмен валюты- всё рядом. Информация ( 10.07.25) 50$ купюры не принимают вообще, 100$ только голубые. В номере есть чайник, ежедневно пополняется бутылкой воды, чаем, кофе, сливки, сахар. Уборка также ежедневно. Завтрак разнообразный. Номера уютные. Удобные матрасы и подушки 2 видов. Постельное белье белоснежное. В ванной зубные и косметические одноразовые принадлежности. Рекомендую. Не
