The best hotel stay in Istanbul.

Pros: Staff were very welcoming and very understanding. We got in earlier than check in time but they were very understanding and helped us get a room earlier than the usual check in time. Very responsive , cosy, and also wnjoyed their breakfast.

Pros: Everything about this hotel is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they will help you with anything you need, cleaning services are also top notch. Breakfast is small but enough to fill someone.

Cozy place in Istambul

Pros: I liked the location becasuse ir really near to The Saint Sophie Mosque, Blue Mosque, Palace de Topkapi and the Grand Bazaar, If you want to go to the Galata Tower you take the 10 line, and the hotel is very near to a station train. the breakfast was aceptable , Id liked the sweets, very delicious.

Cons: I did not like that the pool and the sauna never were open to the clients, if you go to the morning they said , open at noon, if you go this time, they said retorn to the night. All was becasue at this time you have to paid for each services ten euros. Another thing was the heating was very high, not was posible to low.

Great Location in Istanbul

Pros: Really liked being on the 7th floor, away from the traffic noises and relaxed enough - not that we spent too much time in the room with so much to explore! Staff very accomodating and polite, helpful where possible. Location is fantastic - two tram stops away from the Grand Bazaar and four from the Topkapi Palace/Blue Mosque/Hagia Sofia. Dream tourism spot and, if used to city noises, you won't struggle to sleep. Room is also air conditioned.

Cons: Walls were a bit thin so could hear next door's TV, but not a major issue. Also, if you don't want your room made up, the button that you press will not work once you remove the key card from the slot that provides electricity to the room, so staff will redo your room anyway. The pool and sauna downstairs is also only free 1-5pm, any other time and you will be charged by the staff as it is an external company that runs it.
