Pros: Clean！！ Cleaning is done every day perfectly. Shower water pressure is enough. enough water volume. Safe！ there is a manager all the time. Room temperature conditioner takes effect quickly. Room light is bright enough. Breakfast is simple but tasty.ham cheese eggs and bread olive tomatoes and some vesitables. Near the tram stop.3minutes walk metro about 10 minutes walk. town surroundings are safe in daytime. bed stuff is comfortable.
Cons: Not big room.regular size. no bus tub （as is normal in many countries）.

Pros: Everything about this Hotel is great.. specially the stuff.. Orhan Bey was exceptional.. literally they made me feel at home.. the location is great, the breakfast is great.. the cleaning service is perfect..

Perfect place should be rebooked upon visiting Istanbul again
Pros: -perfect location (3 mins to transportation) -perfect staff and owner for the hotel -Very clean room and bathroom -Good value for money -Daily housekeeping service -Safe area with shoppings and super market infront of the hotel
Cons: -Quadruple room is very small for 4 persons its max is 2 persons -breakfast is repeated daily with limited choices and poor coffee However I dont mind all that as benefits overweight drawbacks

Pros: The location is excellent & convenient, very close to the tram station, plenty of shops beside. The reception is wonderful, staff were nice, especially Orkhan-receptionist very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast.

Good value and nice location hotel in Istanbul
Pros: Really good location. A few minutes from Aksaray tram station and 5 minutes walk from Airport shuttle bus station. Grand Bazaar is also walking distance. Good enough Breakfast, and nice staffs.
Cons: A bit felt smoking smell.

Happy satisfied and sure I will repeat the experience.
Pros: The reception is wonderful, Welcoming people in a respectful way,you feel you are at home, it is near the transportation 1 min only, it is near the souk ,1 min far, calm at night, breakfast is good provide all what you need ,it is included , The room is tiny but more than enough for a single person, it is not luxe but if you are traveling for work I strongly recommend it.
Cons: Almost nothing,everything is easy for you if you stay there.

Pros: The day receptionist was very helpful...had some friends staying in a different hotel one of whom is in a wheelchair and hills around that hotel were unmanageable, the receptionist found room in the hotel for them on the 1st floor which was suitable....he was very helpful, sorry didn't catch your name but thank you 👏👏

Pros: Мы приехали на пару дней.Отель рекомендовала подруга.Да,действительно:удобное расположение,очень чисто,уютно.Хорошие матрасы,чистая постель.Скромные,но достаточные завтраки.Очень приветливый персонал.Если ещё раз приедем,обязательно остановимся тут.
