Perfect hotel and location!

Pros: Very nice hotel with fantastic staff. Mr Abdo and mr Aziz helped us with whatever we needed. I dont remember the others names but i am very pleased with them all. I will fore sure stay there next visit. AAAAA+++++

Cons: The room was a little small but apart from that, no complaints.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. The restaurant is calm and relaxing, located on the sixth floor, with the option to have breakfast outside on the balcony. The staff is very helpful and polite, always willing to help.

An excellent hotel for a relaxed stay in a most convenient location.

Pros: The location being so close to the tram stop was a huge positive. By combining trams and ferries it was very easy to move effortlessly around the area. Alternatively, the walk to the famous sites was safe and easy. In terms of the hotel, Mehmet and Abdul on the front desk were superb, whether sorting out SIM cards, giving directions or just being on-call 24/7. They were a credit to the hotel.

Cons: Leaving at the end of the week-long stay!

Abdu and Mehmet (Moahamat) made our stay extra special!

Pros: Great location, literally a few minutes from the tram line and close to high street with a lot of different food choices and shopping. A special shout out to Abdu and Mehmet for making our stay from start to finish go smoothly and relaxed, always with a smile on their faces and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - always offering apple and Turkish tea and generally being so welcoming and kind throughout. We will definitely be back, God willing!

Pros: The best things about the property is the location, because is near de Tram station and very easy to use and go visit the city, anywhere you want to go. The hotel offers a very complete and tasteful breakfast, is very quiet, the room is comfortable, the accommodation and kindnesses from the staff is exceptional, always ready to help, with a smile! Our main host was Mehmet, he was 10 stars with us, every day we meet in the morning, he help us and saved us a lot of time going with us to buy the Istambul Card, and to charge it to use right away! Otherwise we would spend more time figuring out how to do it! Everyday he told us the best way to go wherever we wanted to go and even went to the post office to leave some postcards for us! And that Turkish tea in the lobby, to get the courage to face the cold outside… amazing! He became a friend that we would like to see very soon! Not just him, but all the staff! 🙏🏼

Pros: Great little hotel with good breakfasts and great staff. TV with Smart TV

Cons: A short double bed. I'm 187 cm tall, and my feet were hanging off the bed. But that's normal for a small hotel.

Pros: The location service and staff. All the staff were excellent specially mr Abdol he was exceptional.

Pros: The hotel was clean , everything is nearby shops, metro station tramway… Abdul was a fantastic person very supportive always smiling, very polite,u asked for anything u will get it from him really appreciate him Breakfast was good and varied
