All good!

Pros: There were some minor issues when unlocking the door to one of the rooms; the problem persisted even with the spare key. The door to one of the rooms could not be locked at all, but it was resolved by the staff.

Apart from the breakfast everything was really good.

Pros: The only shortcomings of the hotel was the breakfast, few choices far below normal standard of breakfasts It really was very disappointing, we were told that this is normal Turkish breakfast . I believe they should provide varieties to accommodate the needs of different nationalities,

Pros: I really liked the location, especially the proximity to the tram and the Aksaray metro station, as well as the Yenikapi Marmaray station. There was a wonderful view of the mosque from the hotel window. The room was spacious and warm, which is the most important thing in winter. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: However, there were a few downsides. When booking, I was under the impression that the hotel had an enclosed rooftop terrace, but this wasn't the case. Also, on one day, there was construction work going on at the terrace. It was quite noisy, and we weren't given any prior warning. ​One night after 10 PM, there was no hot water for showering. Additionally, the rain shower (overhead shower) didn't work at all; only the handheld shower was functional. ​Finally, the bed runners and throw pillows look quite old/worn out and definitely need to be replaced. ​Because of these issues, I cannot give a rating higher than 8/10. There is definitely room for improvement.

Pros: The room was worth the money.The location just perfect near to Aksaray tram connected to metro subway in walking distance. The staff at the reception was always welcoming.

Located close to Istanbul main attractions

Pros: Hotel located in a good postion, just in front of Aksaray Tram. The Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia can be reached in just 10 mins.

Cons: There wasn't much food variety at breakfast.

Modern, well located, great hotel

Pros: Modern rooms Friendly hotel staff Fresh and tasty breakfast You can enjoy the top floor terrace area to eat your food or chill on an evening It is located just one minute walk to a metro which will take you to Sultanahmet in a few stops (10 mins) or is a nice 30 min walk down a parade with lots of places to eat and shop Around the corner you can buy football tshirts for a couple of pounds - ideal location!

Great stay with top service and location.

Pros: This was my second time returning to this hotel, and once again it was an amazing stay. The service is excellent especially Ali at the reception, who was extremely friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed something. He even arranged for us to check in early since we arrived on a morning flight, which we really appreciated. A big compliment to him for making our stay even more comfortable. The location is also perfect: as soon as you step out of the hotel, you’ll find countless shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need is right there, and the famous Grand Bazaar is only a short walk away.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about this place everything was just great!
