Kaplan Luxury Family Flat - 3 Bedrooms with air conditioning & heating in the City

Fantastic

Pros: It was a beautiful, clean and bright house, in a quiet suburb. It had all facilities which made us feel we are in our own home. It had very easy access to supermarkets and shops. Very helpful and responsive owner as well.

Will take this flat every time i am going to Istanbul with my family.

Pros: Very clean, as described it is luxurious, amazing location, and the best landlord ever who will do everything to make your stay comfortable.

Stay in Istanbul

Pros: The apartment looks exactly as the pictures, it is full equipped there is nothing to missing. You have a lot of space in it, a terrace with a great view. The neighborhood is one of the most safe and good places in Istanbul. It is very convenient to reach any place in the city with a public transport, by Uber or car. We are Genius 3 level travelers and I would say that Burak as host is one of the best and most professional we ever had. He is there for anything you need. If you consider a stay in İstanbul just have this apartment.

Pros: Es ist wirklich mehr als wir erwartet haben.. Herr Burak ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Wohnung war mehr als modern. Es fehlte nichts. Alles war TOP.

Cons: Es gibt gar kein Kritik Punkt. Ist zwar sehr selten ist aber wahr. ZUR INFO AN EUNGESCHRÄNGTE PERSONEN. ES GIBT KEIN Aufzug.

Pros: Burak is an amazing host! I was traveling with my family, and despite our late evening arrival, he warmly welcomed us and gave us a brief tour of the property. On top of that, he went above and beyond by personally walking us to a nearby supermarkets that were open at the time, ensuring we could get some food right away. Thank you so much for the extra effort and assistance!

Cons: The apartment is on the third floor, so be prepared for a bit of walking, though it’s a short climb. Overall, you should plan for extra travel time, as the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the main tourist spots. But that’s exactly what we were looking for—a cozy and peaceful home base for quality time with family.
