Pros: The hotel location is amazing and very strategic. Located exactly in front of the Aksaray Tramway. All the shops (shopping,food.etc) around the hotel are convenient. The room is bigger and comfortable. Everyday housekeeping clean the room n change the towels. About the staffs (front desk, restaurant & housekeeping), all of them are welcoming, helpful and super nice. The breakfast is excellent. We feel safe travelling as 3 ladies and staying for 10 days at this hotel because the staff treated us well, like family, + ensure our safety too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ excellent service by Mr Furkan who can speak English very well 👏 also to Mr Murat who is so caring went so far help me to buy a medicine for my daughter bcoz nearby pharmacy is all closed on sunday.Not to forget Mr Ibrahim and Mr Musa who is professional in his job. Thank you, everyone. Hope to see u all again soon! Great job.I love all of you.

Excellent stay. I will probably return again

Pros: 1- Location is excellent, just few steps from Aksaray Tram station. 2- Breakfast in the last floor with nice view to the City, the meal was good but with less varieties. but in general, it was OK. 3- Staff at the reception was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciate.
