Pros: We always choose this hotel whenever we visit Istanbul, and it never disappoints. The staff is warm, professional, and consistently helpful, making every stay comfortable and stress-free. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciate. Late check-out is available, and there is a convenient luggage room for after check-out. The location is excellent.

Perfect location, great hospitality

Pros: It’s always a pleasure to stay at Aspen Hotel whenever we visit Istanbul. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, with special thanks to Mr. Turan for his kindness and helpfulness. The hotel offers convenient late check-out and provides a dedicated luggage room after check-out, which makes the experience even smoother. Its location is excellent, situated close to the two major metro stations, Yenikapı and Aksaray, ensuring easy access throughout the city.

Pros: Location of the hotel is really convenient. Stuffs are well behaved and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Cons: I requested for proper double bed however they made the double bed by joining 2 single bed that wasn’t my requirement and expectation. Still it was not bad.

Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul and was very pleased. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfasts were simply wonderful — varied, fresh, and very tasty, which set a great tone for the whole day. But what impressed me the most was the level of service. I especially want to express my gratitude to the receptionist named Turan. He doesn’t just do his job professionally — he creates an atmosphere where, when you arrive at the hotel, you feel like you are at home, among close family members. His kindness, attentiveness, and sincere willingness to help make the stay truly special. Thanks to Turan and this warm attitude, I will definitely return to this hotel again and gladly recommend it to others.
