Pros: Location is great ! Near from metro and tram. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Lastly,breakfast was good !

Pros: The hotel is in a great location. It's close to the tram station and subway station and is very convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is rich and the staff is friendly. We arrived very early and were given free early check-in. The hotel restaurant has a very good viewing terrace and dining here is also a perfect experience.

Cons: The quilt is a bit hard

Pros: I enjoyed views of Marmara from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent, and it was lovely to share the experience with some friendly cats and seagulls while taking in the beautiful scenery.

Amazing experience in amazing hotel

Pros: We liked everything : reception, restaurant, spa and hammam. Hotel is clean and modern, food and service in restaurant were amazing, girls in spa made such a great massage and Turkish bathing. Thank you everyone!

Great hotel with a serviceminded staff. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Pros: The staff: Very good, and very good service, from the counter to the floor management, to the staff when getting breakfast, and last but not least, the cleaning. Really respectful and serviceminded people. The stay: Rooms are as you see on pictures and the stay was very pleasent. The Breakfast on the rooftop was a big plus - a good and calm way to start you day. The placement of the hotel: Central placement, 18 minute walk to the grand bazar, and close to shopping and restaurants. If you like the puls of the city, it's a plus. And even though it's in the middle of the city, the streets are quiet in the evening.

Cons: The only thing that the hotel must approve on is the WIFI. We are traveling with 4 kids (teenagers) so wifi is very important for us. The wifi was slow, and sometimes it was not working (for a short period).
