Pros: Location is perfect. Near tram and metro station. Walk distance from historical part of Istanbul. Our apartment was spacious enough for a family. The terrace is small but a big plus. The apartment we chose, due to its contents and size, is separate from the hotel, and is located 50 m from the main building. We liked it.

Cons: The elevator only goes from the 2nd floor. The stairs to the apartment are very narrow, note if someone is carrying large suitcases.

Pros: Really good place to stay , I really enjoyed , friendly staff, very helpful , mr Osman and The reception manager Orhan , was very helpful.

Cons: There was little both rushing and people to finish breakfast at 10am

Good hotel.

Pros: Good location. Excellent breakfast with plenty of fresh vegetables. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed 5 nights in 2 spacious and clean apartments. The facilities were basic but sufficient for us. The washing machine worked well.

Cons: The bathroom drainage was very poor.

Pros: The location was very convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Orhan, who was extremely kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed. We give him a 10/10 for his hospitality!

Cons: The hotel is located in a very busy area, close to bazaars, many tourist attractions, shops, metro and tram stations. While this is convenient, the streets can get crowded and noisy at times.

Pros: We were given a room under the restaurant, which was very noisy, but when we reported this, we were given another, nicer room.

Cons: The room below the restaurant is very noisy from early in the morning due to its preparation for breakfast.
